Jan, I think your question, "If you could see yourself as others see you, what would you see?" is both haunting and beautiful.

great topic! I like how you explore the 'negative things others are noticing about us' hot trigger in this day and age.

This is very helpful. Consolidate and honour all the is good about oneself, as a foundation for receiving observations about ourselves which cause others problems. Thanks, Jan.

This talk was so much more interesting and useful than I expected it would be. I wonder how often she works with people who have personality disorders.

Excellent Janet - your knowledge, experience and wisdom are evident and you convey your important message eloquently and articulately. Thank you for all you bring to the conflict management field and those fortunate enough to be parties to a dispute you mediate.

Have no letter of recommendation, and the only employee review is write ups, which have been absent for 12 years. I have just complaints, half remembered.
