I tried this tonight and it was so good. The glaze was amazing with the salmon. I didn’t have Japanese Mayo so I just used regular Mayo and it was still so good! Thank you for your recipe!

I do not like to eat fish so I have been trying different recipes to help and I tried this tonight….absolutely a slam dunk! It was SUPER easy and it was delicious! I made sure to get the Japanese Mayo to go with it! 😋😋😋

Im gonna try this with tofu pieces instead of salmon and with vegan mayo instead of japanese mayo and with a bit of liquid smoke and nutritional yeast instead of oyster sauce. Should be yum!

Lemme help y’all a bit with the recipe. - minced ginger - minced garlic - soy sauxe - honey - japanese mayo (Mix them with the salmon then marinate them). Sauce? Optional. Any choice is good.

All your recipes are yummy. Thanks for it. Just a doubt. What I have heard is one should not heat honey, it will turn poisonous. In recipes like these you mix honey in your sauce and heat it. Is that okay?
