If you're dating someone, you have to figure out whether they're the youngest or oldest sibling because not only is your birth order directly connected to your achievements and personality, but studies show it can tell you how someone will manage their money. So if you're dating the oldest child, know that they're usually more responsible and driven. They're known to be more organized and punctual too. The downside is they tend to be perfectionists, who are more likely to suffer burnout and a mid life crisis. Whereas the youngest child is usually used to living in the spotlight and having people take care of them (they were the babies of the family). They're usually more relaxed and social. But this could actually lead to bad money habits, like relying on their parents too long, and lacking financial responsibility. They also can tend to blame their financial circumstances on others instead of taking responsibility themselves - like if they pay a bill late, they'll shift the blame and say it's the companys fault for not sending another reminder. It's important to remember that being good with money and enjoying your life are not mutually exclusive.
