I agree. I mostly watch these videos as an interest in human psychology and how people operate when not scripted. They teach us a lot about society and ourselves. I often question myself about how I might react in the same situations if I had no idea about the Auditors/KZfaqrs etc. I wonder if an extensive study has been done about this relatively new trend and what the findings would be? People always say that, no wonder the Nazi's came to power, if human nature is like this....or any authoritarian system. The Soviets, North Korea etc. The West does it, but on a much more subtle level. In my view, more insideous. The creeping totalitarian commercial state. Inch by inch it spreads. One of the things these videos show me, is that people are undeveloped in their characters. They are so often damaged goods, driven by their fears and doubts. Anxious people. Is this worse in the UK than other countries? I don't know? I'm from the UK, but I moved to New Zealand. People do seem easier going here. More space, bit better weather etc. It does make a difference.

To be fair, she wasn't firmly corrected as to what the law is. That the reg's are not private, and filming of cars and people from public and even private if public access, into whatever context (exceptions with court) are perfectly legal

GDPR is a term many companies know, can say it, but don't have a clue that it protects the public not the companies. She kept stating the staff, but that's their staff, and not your staff. If they have people on the run from the law, not allowed to be or work in the UK, robbing their dole money by working illegally, or have a car that is also being kept illegally, that is not your problem but theirs. The folded arms gave it away that she hadn't a clue, and she didn't want any questions about it.

@@zed351 That's a good call. However, I wouldn't expect anyone but a senior lawyer or other expert to peel those layers apart yet! Most of DPA and UK GDPR are pretty similar for the person on the street and I'm including myself there.

@@zed351 They are very similar on purpose, as Britain decided to keep most of the GDPR (UK GDPR). I suppose it's a nightmare for those companies trading with the EU, and abiding by our DPA and their GDPR rules. Lawyers and Barristers can sort that one out for the companies. However, for internal (UK) companies the Data Protection Act is pretty similar with what it covers, and she did get that wrong. Her saying GDPR was the sword and shield she thought she needed to say to win herself the argument. She needed to shout, "Get off my land!" And walk off quickly before hiding in a cupboard.

@@DJAUDITS I just asked him about it, from my understanding, he worked at Larson juhl like 30 years ago, Larson then bought a company called arqadia which also had place in Bedford. He then moved to arqadia, and worked there for like 25 years. He then retired. Then a couple years ago, Larson just rebranded arqadia to all be Larson. And so all the people he worked with would have moved to the building you audited. I also worked there for 6 months or so when I was in my 20's. My dad always complained about how it was ran and didn't like the management. So I was really hoping they would come and argue with you in this so you could put them in their place because I would have known them. But they didn't show haha. Still good video though. My jaw dropped when you said you were at Larson juhl.

I picked up a piece of art last week here in Norway, that I had professionally framed by products of Larson-Juhl, 60x50 cm or so. It cost me about £300. It may sound expensive, but I’d say it is worth it. Absolutely top quality. In fact, the frames was so particularly nice made I was astonished. (I thought it was Danish, but but perhaps it has factories worldwide?)

I was surprised DJ gave her the channel so freely on this occasion despite her being dead against filming and it wasn't just about the drone but even filming from the public road was an issue. It astonishes me how many people get paranoid over car registrations thinking you can somehow get personal details from them.
