I've been up and down in trying to deal with the break up because I'm actively seeing everything that's going on and this has been on for 2 months now. I'm tired out. @@BradBrowning yes, now i don't know if he only wants to meet up out of obligation and guilt or if he misses me and wants to work on things. i doubt it. he was very low effort during the relationship, so it would surprise me if he'd come chasing me now. i don't feel like meeting him because i don't even want to put in the effort to shower, dress nicely, put on a fake smile, make up. even that is too much energy after how much i invested. all recent time together before the breakup were disappointing and one sided. he wouldn't even make eye contact. it's like being constantly rejected to your face. so, no, i don't feel like facing him unless he miraculously comes knocking down my door with flowers and apologizes. a year ago, i asked him for a break after a big fight. that was the only time he actually showed effort, but did not respect my request for a break. it was during the fasting month of Ramadan. we live in a muslim country. it's Ramadan again next week. i feel at the end, we both struggled with depression and that might be the reason for needing space. however, my depression got triggered by his constant rejection over 3 years, and the nasty break up.

Sorry to hear that. How long has your relationship been on the rocks prior to him acting this way? Chances are you've both fallen into a routine and it seems like one of you is bored. But if he has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. He's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If he goes away from it, then you repelled him and will only attract him back if he vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people who may be on your level. Be strong!

@@BradBrowning we didnt broke up untill yesterday, i was putting no pressure on it but when i was out drinking i was missing her and acting weird towards her and angry really stupid because she warned me, lkke 3 times last change and i still acted weird , my own insecurity , i dont have that when im sober . But now she said she really wanted it to work out even with the distance. But now she is conviced it will not. She said maybe when she is back (in 2.5 months) What is the best way to go now?
