Not all organic acids are weak acids. While many organic acids, such as acetic acid (found in vinegar) and citric acid (found in citrus fruits), are indeed weak acids and only partially dissociate in water, there are exceptions.

@@DrMonaSeif also I heard that organic acids can sometimes have a lower pH than mineral acids if they exist at higher concentrations is that true?
