Fun fact: Yasuke while a real person, was very much not a powerful nor influential samurai in any way. In fact, there is zero historical evidence that he was ever a Samurai. Instead, he served as a page/servant to Oda Nobunaga, who kept him around to surprise guests because most Japanese people at the time had never seen Africans before.

Technically, Jack the Ripper was playable in Syndicate, so Yasuke would be the 2nd playable historical figure.
