Holiday Season na kaya dapat mas bongga ang handa! Kaya naman let’s make an upgraded version ng paboritong balutin ng ating mga bisita, Cheesy Lumpiang Shanghai. 😋
Ibalik ang sarap ng Paskong Pinoy by serving this dish, made extra special using my favorite na milky and creamy Eden Cheese. 😍
Ingredients:
2 pcs. (320g) Eden Original, grated
1 kilo ground pork
1 carrot, finely minced
2 red onions, finely minced
2 pcs.whole eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground black pepper
40 pcs. large lumpia wrapper

I appreciate that you made other suggestions for the meat, for us that doesn't eat pork. That's how i actually make our lumpia, i use beef. One of my favorite chefs talaga. And your set (kitchen) is so fancy wc i really love. Pots and pans are so posh, sana all. Pati ang background music ng vlogs makes it more posh, good choices of jazz background. I love the whole production of your vlogs + your talent and being witty and fun. Perfection.👌🏻🫶🏻 all the best chef!

Napanood ko na po ng paulit ulit. Dito ko po natutunan yung open hindi po masyadong seal ang lumpia para ma maintain ang crispiness. 🥰

Wala akong eden cheese pero gumana parin gamit ng dairy farmers cheese, sobrang sarap especially paired with rice! Definetely reccomend making!! 😍😍
