Robert Downey Jr.´s presentation is simply sublime...so eloquent, gracious and generous. And, as usual, I have to have my dictionary handy when listening to him. His vocabulary, while relaxed and funny, is up there with the best academic orators. Hoping to see both of these guys win their Oscars. Cillian Murphy is magnificent as Oppenheimer!

I Don't Know How Many Of Y'all have Noticed this but... Cillian NEVER EVER EVERRRR FORGETS OR MISSES to THANK his team...his family and His fellow nominees (if there are any) and It's Soooo Amazing! He's won Sooooo many awards for OPPENHEIMER and I've watched almost ALL of his Acceptance Speeches...and He has never once missed to thank His Family, team and Fellow nominees.. and I just feel that is Soo sooooo great of him. It just shows how thankful he really is and How much he respects everyone around him..and where he puts himself Infront of everyone. He Thanks others while keeping himself at Nothing and it is very understandable and Its sooo sooooo Pure. Really. Love this Guy...and Obviously Robert too... He's been sooo kind and Charming always. And Lastly, "No One Dislikes this Guy. Watch Your Own Tables." That's One of The Bestest things I've ever heard from Robert..and I completely agree to him.. keeping Cillian In Mind! Always! Cillian deserve the oscar for the best actor. His performance in Oppenheimer is just on another level. If they won't give It to him maybe it's the biggest robbery in the history of oscars. And it's time to give credit to one of the greatest directors of our time, Chris Nolan. It's really a shame that this man has never won an Oscar. If he doesnt get the oscar for the best director this year we can start to think that the Academy hate this guy.

To be honest, I’ve been a fan of Cillian’s work from his earliest movies. I’ve been waiting forever for him to be known - truly known - and to receive an Oscar. He is one of the greatest actors EVER, IMO. Not to mention (but I will) that he seems to be an incredible human being as well.

Nolan had the best cast. The success of the movie it was due to this great energy amongst the actors and probably everyone involved in the project. Cillian carried the responsibility to show everyone’s behind the scenes hard work and he did it. He doesn’t need an Oscar, the Oscar needs him as is wildly discredited nowadays

So lovely to hear Cillian make a speech for once and funny he spends it praising other people other then himself😊 . I first saw Cillian when he was starting out in theatre in Galway. It was the play The Field and he was mesmerisingly good in it. I was thinking wow he's going to be really famous some day and I really regret having to leave to catch my bus back home that I didnt stay and try and meet him after. It was wonderful seeing him acting live on stage at least. All the best to him he deserves this recognition proud of you Cillian!

Great actor, Cillian Murphy-phenomenal in Oppenheimer-a lesser actor couldn’t have carried the weight of the man or subject matter. And RDJr. is one of my fave actors of all time. I had tears coming up, I had shivers, and tears stayed until the end of these speaches... 🥺 I am so grateful audiences are getting amazing quality cinema through people like these! 🥰 I saw first Robert Downey Jr. in Chaplin when I was little and I believed for years he was the most talented actor. Then, of course, there are so many more amazing actors, with age you see them and they fill a part of your soul. I saw Cillian long before he played in Peaky Blinders and I knew back then that this is an impressive actor. And I am sure many of us were waiting for him to be globally recognized. This moment has come! I even have peace of mind now, because I do trust we can educate audiences with beauty and authenticity. 💖

@@anuragsinghyadav492 Paul Giamatti has just won a "Critics Choice Award" which is usually a barometer how the Oscars will go. If Cillian does not get an Oscar it will be a travesty and sums up Hollywood.

Not to brag, but back in 2002 i saw 28 Days Later. I went back and saw it 2 more times in the theater and i said to myself "that dude is gonna win an Oscar someday."

RDJ and Cillian -- simply outstanding performances!! And both, so humble and respectful of each other and all their cast mates, director and staff. Oppie was truly brilliant. I hope Killian and RDJ win well-deserved awards at the Oscars next month.
