Every time I go to IKEA, I must eat their blueberry cheesecake. Unfortunately, IKEA is far from my home, so I can't go there often. So I just try to make it by myself at home. This recipe is almost 99% of IKEA’s, so, hurry up and make it!
INGREDIENTS:
*Cookies 125g
*Unsalted Butter 60+45g
*Cake Flour 45+50g
*Milk Powder 30g
*Sugar 20+20+65g
*Blueberry 200g
*Cream Cheese 375g
*Eggs 3p
*Whipping Cream 225g
*Lemon Juice 20g
*Salt 3g
*Vanilla Extract 2ml
Mold Size: 8 inches ( 20cm )

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
Then Bake at170°C for 30 minutes

Does your cake flour have a raising agent in it? Trying to make this in UK but first trial was a disaster lol.

No，it doesn't have baking powder or yeast.

Ah ok, when you Google ‘cake flour’ here it comes up with one with baking powder etc in the flour so that might be why my first attempt was wrong haha. What is ‘cake flour’ where you are is it just plain flour? Thanks for reply by the way

Try ¾cup + 2tbs (105g) all purpose flour (plain) 2tbs (14g) corn flour This makes a basic cake flour for us in the uk, hope this helps you

You can use the biscuits that you like，usually，i use Lotus，LU or Oreo.

After the baked cake has cooled, it should be refrigerated.Then it will solidify.
