I'll be honest, I have never heard of Emirichu until Scribble Showdown a while back. I recognized everybody there but was also like *_"Who is this 'Emirichu' you speak of?"_* And apparently, she seemed to be a popular animator among the KZfaq community... That I *_somehow_* was never aware of. So imagine my surprise when I found out that she not only does entertaining videos on KZfaq; but is also a VTuber now. I don't think I will regret falling down this rabbit hole.

Y'know what? I like this. It's giving me the same type of vibe as when Amalee became a V-tuber. Someone I've been following for a while making a big quote-unquote "change" while still sticking with their original stuff. The model is good. But it doesn't scream "Emirichu". It doesn't have any element of her original design. She could have added a black and white pin (to represent her old shirt). But it's the first design, the design will evolve with her.

Steaming content seems so much more difficult to make good content than on a KZfaq video, because during steaming seems like a handful. Even animating on its own takes forever. Good luck on keeping up your schedule!

It's more like hanging out and you actually get to know the people a lot better than you do in youtube videos (obviously depends on the streamer because some don't want to talk about personal stuff/ have a persona for streaming) but with many including emirichu and cdawg it definitely is the case.

From personal experience going from KZfaqr to twitch streamer, by the way I still use this KZfaq channel to post stuff, but I've been doing a lot more twitch streaming lately, it's actually a lot more laid back, and I found it a lot less stressful than trying to arrange a decent video to post every single week or bi-weekly. I found myself posting a lot less on my KZfaq channel, because I was so involved with twitch, and it was a way to make content without stressing myself out

I think this will be a nice change of "scenery". Having just relaxed casual streams over the normal chaotic KZfaq videos will be a welcome change. Also, Emirichu if you're reading this, you should consider creating a Discord Server for your Twitch/KZfaq channel(s)! It'd be super fun to hang out and chill with other fans from said channels.

I don't think I've ever seen someone on YT develop a vtuber model/persona without making the switch completely over to it - it's pretty cool that you value what you've already developed highly enough to want to keep at it, as well as get comfortable with something new.
