Peggy Holds a degree in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising from Brigham Young University. As a mother to four sons, Peggy spends her time divided between teaching and creating new patterns for Silhouette Patterns, a line of contemporary patterns available to the home sewer. During her career she has taught college courses in pattern drafting and design. She professionally drafts patterns for individuals and manufacturers all across the country ranging from golf apparel to black tie performances. In addition to apparel designs, Peggy has designed the patterns of the costumes worn by the Mens Olympic Figure Skating Gold Medalist, Elvis Stojko.

I gained weight once and had a few things I loved but no longer fit. I struggled with getting rid of things. I felt like I was giving up, when I truly wanted to think I could wear it again. So I did lose the weight and I am so happy I kept some things...for years!

I worked in offices in the UK where Jeans and t shirts are still banned, as they are not seen as appropriate for office wear. They were only allowed on casual Fridays, usually requiring a donation to a charity for the privilege. It was not the company which banned jeans, but the building owners who suggested it lowered the tone of the building and reflected badly on the other building tenants! At least the government banned contracts forcing women to wear high heeled shoes.

I'm another who fell in love at 3 with my future. I sewed a dolly dress. I also have 10 children and 14 grandchildren

WOW! You looked really fantastic (you've found the ellicser?). ... & that Mauve blouse Yippes! Do hope the Cdn/US $$$'s close up a wee bit. We are looking like a 3rd World country these days.
