The worst thing is that ImAllexx and his old crew backstabbed their friend - Slazo - a fellow commentary KZfaqr. Slazo was cancelled over mistakes he made as a teenager and was made out to be a massive abuser and manipulator. @@silentfriend369 Alex comprehensively screwed Inabber over years ago. Stealing an entire concept idea from Inabber and then cutting Inabber out of it completely. That idea was "The E Boys" & Alex coined it in from the idea he stole and ran with. That Inabber got past that says a great deal to his credit but I'd advise him to be more sceptical of false friends in future. He's a lovely guy & makes good, well researched & insightful content. And do not get me started on the Slazo fiasco. Which was absolutely Alex plotting, manipulating, gaslighting & just outright lying his way to destroying Slazzo's channel because it was a major competitor to his own and Slazo was way hotter, funnier & smarter, so Slazo was triumphing. Alex is and always was a slimy little spiv. What surprises me is that it took so long for his appalling ways to be brought to light.

They only one he's made content with recently was George and even then he hasn't seen him more than 3 times since he moved out (again just after eboys ended) - I always suspected he was the reason they stopped and the way he was hounding Alice over the way she was making her content, and the fact Fraser admitted they had a toxic friendship, I don't doubt his insistance on taking the eboys in a certain direction and the others not wanting to is ultimately what ended their working relationship

@@raoulduke344 absolutely, so back in 2019, or somewhere around that time, slazo was accused by his ex-girlfriend Chey, of being abusive, and of SA, everyone including Alex (who was his friend at the time) jumped on slazo for these allegations. Until slazo put out a video afterwards disproving her allegations with evidence even showing the texts they shared between themselves which Chey put out of context , after this many people apologized to him except alex and a few other commentary channels, Alex even doubled down on slazo saying that he was still a terrible person even though the allegations were proven as false. For more information I recommend watching a KZfaq channel known as primink to better explain what happened back then.
@nahson944
@nahson944 2 ай бұрын
@@raoulduke344 I'm sorry for the late reply but I'll try to summarize it. Around 2019, there was a girl named Chey that made very serious allegations towards a youtuber named slazo (formerly a friend of imalexx) Chey was slazos ex-girlfriend (they dated when they were both young) she claimed he was abusive, and forced her to do s*xual acts she was not comfortable with. Which at the time people believed her since she did provide messages they exchanged. But later on slazos disproved a lot of her allegations and even proved that the messages she provided were taken out of context. (I also want to mention even though he disproved the serious allegations, he did admit he would suggest Chey to stay off her depression medication to increase her s*x drive which is honestly still wrong) after this Alex refused to apologize to slazo for siding with chey, and refused to admit he was wrong, he even doubled down on slazo by saying he is still a bad person despite chey lying about the allegations, and alex said he would still side with chey. for more information I recommend watching a video by youtuber named primink that goes into more detail, and will do a better job explaining how messed up alex was during the ordeal

That line makes me concerned as to how "it" treats animals. If "its" willing to attack and threaten a human, "its" more than willing to do it to a living thing that can't fight back. The "thing" literally craps on everyone else for not being wholesome enough and tries to literally delete people for saying the N word but apparantly "its" got the right to say it whenever and to whoever "it" wants. Its always the ones that scream the loudest about being good and wholesome that are the most vile inside.

I found out about this yesterday from sensitive society's video in my recommended. Before I even saw another video, I looked up Alex's channels and unsubscribed. He reminds me of a somewhat less intelligent version of my ex and his serious DV and SA against me and others. I watched Alex Elmslie just a few days prior, I think. I had no idea about the things from 3+ years ago with Slazo and e-boys. I'm so tired of the "clout" or attention accusations. NO ONE WANTS ATTENTION FOR BEING A VICTIM OF DV/SA.
@NotAnotherKuromi
@NotAnotherKuromi 2 ай бұрын
While I agree with what you said, I want to add that while actual victims/survivors of abuse/SA do not want attention or clout, there are some people who make it up, in an attempt to get attention, empathy and even money. Their malicious lies negatively affect actual victims as they make more people look at real survivors more suspiciously. More often than not it is women, most of whom are mentally unwell (although I think to commit crime or such immoral acts everyone has to be at least a bit mentally ill.) Some lie for sympathy and attention as they are lonely, feel unloved or have abandonment issues. Some were actually assaulted/abusied in the past and received love and care from others, so want to replicate that attention and kindness again. Some lie to get a new boyfriend to be extra attentive and caring (lying about an abusive ex is a common manipulation tactic.) Others get broken up with so as revenge try to sully their ex boyfriends name to everyone who will listen, some even reporting the false crime to police (which I believe they should be punished for by the police.) And others are the actual abusers in the relationship but when caught, or others notice red flags they throw their partner under the bus and paint themselves as the victim. Of course these people are the minority but I do think, especially for those less knowledgeable about abuse and not to be sexist but men who tend to be more skeptical it is good to acknowledge this does happen, it's just more likely that the abuse is real. Of course in this case there is irrefutable evidence, so it is easy to see the truth.

@@NotAnotherKuromi when discussing things of this nature and this level of importance, it's detrimental to include erroneous outliers. What would've been more beneficial is to discuss the "perfect victim" mentality that's being used to discredit the current victim and is consistently used against victims in general. I stand by my statement, which does imply the "no one" used in the statement is referencing victims rather than the entire global population. You did not need to add all of these qualifiers that take away from the situation. It's a "not all men" type of diatribe. You're talking to a survivor, explaining a lot of things that aren't even relevant or true. Over 80% of DV and SA is unreported to police in the US. Do you know why? Because I have lived it my whole life. My first time with the police and dealing with SA from my dad was when I was 7. It had gone on for 7 years. Throughout my childhood and adulthood, I've experienced SA and DV from other people as well. You have no idea how harmful your standards and this sort of mentality you have is. BTW, false claims make up less than 10%. Closer to 2% actually. DV is around the same. Less than 10%. Taking illogical crimes and trying to intellectualize it logically, that's ridiculous in and of itself in the way you've done it. However, even if you approach it from a cold stat perspective, the amount of skepticism shown doesn't align with facts. Furthermore, you've skipped over so much practical information in favor of this mindset that I truly don't think you've been through this at all nor viewed the basics or even taken a high school psych class. Statistical analysis has proven you wrong. Do not ever come to explain basics to someone that you already know is a survivor of these things themselves. Lastly, your quip about mental illness is stigmatizing and even more unfounded than the bulk of your reply. Do better.
@NotAnotherKuromi
@NotAnotherKuromi 2 ай бұрын
@kittygoesWOOF 1/ Apologies this reply is long, but you seem to have misunderstood what I was saying, so I have tried my best to explain myself better and make my reasoning and my actual views more clear: (I am also dyslexic so I struggle to write well, I have used spell/grammer check but applogies in advance for any English mistakes.) What do you mean by "erroneous outliers?" I googled erroneous, and it said it meant wrong/ incorect, so I'm confused because you seem to aknowlege that some people do lie about abuse so that wouldn't be incorrect, were you refering to something else? I have talked about the perfect victim mentality elsewhere, but I kept my reply to you limited to the point you discussed. Most people also dislike reading long comments, so I tend to avoid going into too much detail, but I am relived that is not the case with you! I disagree that your statement implies that it refers only to actual victims. However even if that is the case, I am aware how many other people do not realize, so take it at face value, surely you realize that others do to? I do not think that making it more explicit and adding more info is unhelpful, if people understand they can skip my comment but it can help others who are less knowledgeable or don't understand from your comment alone. Plus there re people who disagree, or be likely to not listen based on how you phrase your claim. My qualifiers do not take away from the situation, they add to it. I find it problematic that you think furthering the topic and nuance of absuse claims and actual abusive behavour is detracting from the point. I am not sure if you have made up an intent I did not have but I stayed very much on the same topic and it does not take away frol your comment, which I said I agreed with, at all. I think my points are similar to the "not all men" talking points (which also makes me think you realize that not everyone does read such absolute statements as imolying that they only apply to a portion of that group. There are also spcial issues I dont understand where pelle seem to think more precise language and facts should be used when discussing for example bkack people being acused of a crime and incarsarated at higher rates but when it comes to cwrtian topics like men begin sexual abusers suddenly loose language and leaving it up for interprotaikn is seen as acceptable, obviously I disagree.) You seem to miss my positive intent and how that can help, I am not sure if that is purposeful or a mistake but I hope that you can better understnd my stance after readin this comment. If a man who has not abused somone reads a phrase that suggests, or leaves room for interpretation, that all men do abuse, then they can be defensive, angry, and/ or dismiss points as being completely untrue. Adding some nuance can help make them remain calm (which as you know angernis nkre commonnin men but also if somone says an inacurate hurtful sweeping statement about survivors, or another demographic you are in you probably get emotionally moved too.) It also helps them see that we are presenting facts and are willing to disguss details. I also think, especially when it comes to abuse, that conversations around it benefits from being precise and acurate, so that people do not misinterpret our points as being exaggerated or emotion clouding our judgement but raw honest truth. As you know people beliving and trusting cictims is a huge problem, so I dislike and want to help prevent others from writing off those who make such sweeping statements as you did. I would prefer if everyone wrote more precisely but as a lot of people are unstandably due to the topic and perosnally expeirnces not capable of that, or use it to vent rather than educate others, I choose to add to the conversation in an attempt to help the overall cause. What do you think I explained that wasn't relevent or true? Sorry if I missed it but I can't see where you say why you think 80% of DV isn't reported in the US, why do you think that? I am also a survivor but I don't want to go into my personal experiences right now, or say anything that might acidentally sound like I am comparing or competing about suffering. Obviously all abuse is bad and is sad but I dont understand how you thunk your abuse counters ir impacts my points, coupld you expand? As I am not cinnecting the dots. I dont know what your intent was but if it was trying to garner empathy then that would just mean it is even more vital to discuss the subject carefully and increase the chances of encouraging other adults to learn and step up, presumably like no-one did for you, as they didnt do for me either. That is one reason I am passionate about being an advocate for survivors and helping educate others, which is why I wanted to add to your post. I also worked with children (including those with additional needs including due to neglect and/or abuse, as well as disabilities, which you probably know are even more likely to be victimised.) I saw first hand the flaws in the systems and unwillingness of other adults to act (as well as my childhood experiences and seeing peers being failed, I am sorry you were also failed.) I want to encourage others to be fully informed and to be more likely to report suspected abuse and prevent it. Again, I would really be interested to hear which points you think I got wrong as I do not want to miss inform others so would like to hear your precise feedback. What do you mean about my standards being harmful? How do you mean? What sort of mentality do you think I have? And why do you think that is unhelpful? Sorry for all the questions but despotebrereadin your comment looking for context and examples I still don't understand, so need your help interpreting it. I am not sure what you are trying to achieve by saying those statistics, that you haven't included a source btw. I clearly said in my comment that false claims are a minority and that most people who say they were abused have been and are genuine. What were you trying to tell me? (Or affect me or whatever.) Personally I belive it is impossible to prove something unreported because by its nature it is unreported. With something like abuse and perosnal experimces in private, lack of witnesses means it is very diffocult to collaborate but obviously that doesn't mean it isn't true. (As you may know know that is one of the ways in which scientology tries to hide abuse by claiming it needs to be witnessed for the abuser to face consequences for their heniouse actions, or the victim is branded a liar, nevernind how even if they are belived they are blamed!) Anyway understandably that means that a lot of studies/papers/ questionnaires rely on self reporting but add in the young age of children, fading memory, blocking abuse out etc then its pretty impossible to acurately record abuse. I have yet to find any stat about abuse I would trust 100% (again if you have ones you deem to be reliable I would be intrested in links.) Anekdotally I have seen a very high number of survivors, who usually didn’t rpeort their abuse to the police and for many who were discussing it for the first time, in rehab, AA and other support programmes, as well as prison. I think it is more widely aknowledges that if you jave been in the care system abuse happns more often, as well as boarding schools or similar group homes, which is a small improvement but the support for adult surviros just isnt there and clearly not wniugh preventative work is done. There was a case near me where a care worker was sent to jail for pimping out the teenagers in his care and I think this happens far more often that most peole would like to admit. I have a problem with how a lot of studies are done, that most are not investagative but they have a theroy they want to prove (I used to be ignorant and nieve and belive science would have higer standards, rigorous pricesses and medical professionals would not let their ego get in the way of acuracy but alas now know what is not the case. (Idk your knowledge but as you refered to psychology maybe you were alluding to you studying it? Like many fields often the best people can identify the flaws and subpar peers, espevialy if you have personal expeirnce with it too where you have been in the reciving end, maybe that is the case with you idk.) Far too often they deliberately include ticjbixes, or move goalposts to exclude certian people, especialy ones they deem as unreliable. However I would be very interetsed to know the true percentage of people who significently struggle with their life to the exctent that they form an addiction, turn to crime, end up retuiring impateint mental helath trestment etc. I think that would give a more accurate figure and could tie in with better support, too.

I do not know what illogical crimes you are refering too but there is usually a reason for it, I don't know about logical but certinly an emotional one which I assume from your point about psych 101 you have some knowledge about? I also don't know what you mean by trying to interlectualize but when trying to advocate for survivors and convinse others it is helpful to be somewhat intellectual rather than just pure emotion or vagueness. I can understand why if your personal experinces and personality mean you take the more emotional anti-interlectual approach but discrediting other approaches to your own, especially ones on the same side is not helpful. In facf I would argue that is taaking away from the overall conversation far more than my reply ever did. "The amount of skelticism shown doenst align with facts" how much skepticism do you think I have shown? Maybe Re-read my comment and realize I was not claiming most people who disclose abuse are liars, quite the opposite. You seem to have projected views and words onto me I don't have and didn’t say. If I explained something poorly, I am dyslexic so can struggle to explain things clearly, yet another reaon I want to help make things clear for others too, so if you could quote what gave you the idea that I am so skeptical it would be good. (I assume you meant being skeptical about people claiming being victims of abuse but please correct me if I'm wrong.) Sorry but I dont understand what you mean after that as it is so vague, what do you mean by "this mindset?" Or thatbyou don't think I've "been through this at all?" I didn’t give practical information in my reply to you because, as you said, I knew you were a survivor and assumed you would already know. I also didnt think that other survivors looking for help would choose to click on your comment or readnm futher guven your chosen narrow topic. I do give practical advice elswehre, as I said I was just replying to the point you made in your comment. Also you didnt give practical advise either, so what? I didn't make any quip about mental illness, so I am genuinely confused about what you are referring to, could you please quote what I said that you interpreted that way? I re-read my comment several times but I can't identify anything that could be taken as quipping about mental illness or stigmatising it. It's both scary and baffling how abusers will often advocate for other abuse victims but will remain abusive to the people around them. There is a case going on in Greece right now where a well-known lawyer took his heavily injured wife to the hospital and had her lie but thankfully the doctor saw through it and realized she didn't "just fall off the stairs" but she was heavily beaten up by her husband. That same lawyer has advocated for victims of abuse in the past and even though he was initially arrested he was set free and the people who decided to set him free are also under investigation now. For once, I'm proud the system is doing what's right and not letting anyone off the hook because of their name or status. It's truly scary how you can never tell who could be abusive and how much of what people say are lies. I can only hope that abusers face harsh justice and that victims can finally be free and start to heal.

Even without several examples to back this feeling, I just find it gives such performative vibes & it's more about them and how virtuous they are, than it is about actually helping anybody, that my gut just tells me it might be there as a way to cover something up, and it often is.

Madea? He boasted about putting the bins out as if it was some huge feat, so it's not even traditional gender roles. It seems like fame has gone to his head in a crazy way, what I don't get is (assuming he has money) why he doesn't simply hire people to do tasks he views as beneath him?

I remember these days, in my teens and 20s, I was so worn down I began thinking that I deserved to be spoken to this way. It wasn't long after our 18th birthday and living together that it got physical. It's not a very big step from verbal/emotional abuse to physical violence. It's all about the aggressor's low self esteem and the fact that they can't feel valuable until they've made someone feel worse than them. After 8 years I left. Yeah I gave up my house, and lost a lot of money, but my life was worth more to me.

Come to think of it - are we really to be that surprised? These folks call themselves 'online streamers'. They like to 'stream' online. Therefore, whatever toxic banter or vitriol gets spewed by one of them 'upstream', simply has no choice but to be cast out into the stream, and end up getting ingested by & contaminating all of their buddies found downstream from them.

Never ignore your gut instinct. He, CreepShowArt, and illuminaughti all gave me a weird vibe that I couldn't put my finger on initially and then, well, we all know what happened. If anyone irl OR online (online abuse is still abuse, please unlearn the instinct to downplay it) gives you an uncomfortable vibe, _avoid them at all costs_ even if you have no concrete basis at the time to prove that they're harmful. That gut reaction exists for a reason, and I learned the hard way never to ignore it even if I've been taught to be nice to people and always give them the benefit of the doubt. Please look out for your safety first. There is nothing selfish about protecting yourself from abusers or potential abusers. I tried to be nice to someone who turned out to be a full-blown malignant narcissist who sent a bunch of people to harass me out of pure spite and left me with PTSD symptoms that will never fully go away - and this interaction was entirely online. Some people don't deserve the benefit of the doubt and it's better to preemptively cut them off before they have a chance to hurt you. Gut instinct never lies. Stay safe, my friends
