I had one 22 years ago, drilled to 290 feet, set my screen at 285, makes 26+ gpm, fills 80 gallon tank in 3 minutes, These little rigs will do the job, but will work your tail off doing it, very good up to 150 ft, from there it's teeth grinding and butt clenching, But like I said 22 years and I'm still on that well

Hi David, I’m actually looking at investing in a similar rig down in Panama. It does come with a tricone bit. What are penetration rates if you hit a boulder in the middle of some sand/clay? Do you pull all your drill pipe and switch to the tricone until you get through the boulder then put your drag bit back on?

Yes when you hit water sand thats it when your drilling and you thinkWOW WOW this thing is drilling FAST OK thats your water sand /water water sand has NO FRICTION and it almost falls down put out and asap put your pvc pipe and screen in asap then you have a well put your pump in and suck the water out ect ect to the family or cattle or your pond !!! its easy water well drilling is not like drilling for oil its super easy and NOT dangerous any question just ask ive drilled over 350 wells and can answer your questions FAST nthanks deeprock.com in marquez texas 77865

when u hit watersand it will drop because watersand is soft and the drill pipe will just almost fall then thats your water put a screen and pvc pipe in and you have water super simple a caveman can do it !!

I have contacted all drillers within 50 miles and the best quote I got was $12k. How many hrs operating one of these would it theoretically take to dig 200ft with this machine ballpark? Can it be done solo?

Hello Mac yes when your drilling down all the sudden you say WOWWWWW look at this thing drill / Thats your water sand it has no friction its saturated water and sand drill down most the time about 10 ft and it will hit clay or shale ect stop there and let it circulate water while your getting your 4 inch pvc pipe /casing ready and your well screen with a cap on the bottom and your can of wet dry glue then turn water pump off and trip out all yoyr drill pipe and then pull the HD-55 Pro out on way and set the Easy grip pvc pipe install plate over the borehole and fast as you can put the pvc pipe in the bore hole if you have any question and you are a DEEPROCK customer we will be happy to guide you ect

225 ft if you buy more drill pipe it comes with 100 foot of sch#80 1 1/4 inch OD its a great rig and some customers put a DC winch with a remote button so as to make it super easy but the manual hand crank is fine if you look on utube deeprock waterwell drilling rigs you can see other DEEPROCK customers drilling on there own land remember to watch out on your water rights cause in some places in california the local goverments or putting a water meter on your well and sending you a bill for the water you use wow thats NOT RIGHT they say well the house is yours and the land is yours BUT THE WATER is CALIFORNIA s well thats not right so im sure the california people did not vote for that it was done under the table and not RIGHT the house is yours and the land is yours and the WATER IS YOURS Mineral rights is who ever has them in there name ect ect but the water is the land owners Please dont let the goverment take over or water rights thats very very wrong could you imagine being older in life and on a fixed income and then the ca goverment meters your water and then u have more bills ect No the goverment needs to CUT costs just like we do and not just find other ways to make bad on the tax payers the water is yours 100%

Drilling a hole is the easy part. Those tools have to be picked up, and that is the limitation of any drilling machine. I note the video stops before that part. Not to mention keeping the hole open so well pipe and screen can be installed in unconsolidated formation. I am quite skeptical, and would suggest anyone considering the purchase of this system do their homework and talk to people that have had success with it and no monetary interest.

yes its dirty work and yes if you need to drill 300 to 800 ft deep then you purchase a large DEEPROCK Drilling but if you just need to drill a borehole to 100 to 200 ft then the HD-55 Pro series is fine but if you want easy then get our BOBCAT RAM 10 model 2023 its hookd to a tractor or a BOBCAT and will drill anything you got sand clay shale ROCK ect buts its $15,780.00 but yes it will drill like a CADILLAC super easy to use happy drilling guys DEEPROCK mfg has you covered for sure !!!

Your video does not talk about keeping the borehole open so that the well pipe and screen can be installed. Many geologic situations require that an upper casing be installed to prevent infiltration from the surficial aquifer. Do you have a video that addresses how to accomplish that?

There’s a lot more to drilling a well then just drilling the hole, if you purchase one of these machines and never drilled a well before, you better have someone there with some well drilling experience because you going to need it, been there done that

u dont... til u hit a ROCK that u dont have the weight on bit (WOB) to CRUSH the rock like BIG DRILLING rigs do with BIG DRILL collars and BIG ROCK bits to crush rocks and chew them up and circulate them up out of the hole

Hello yes sir in california they charge $30,000.00 for a 200 ft well yes thats crazy 30k for one days work and pay the guy who drilled it $200.00 and his helper $125 so it takes about $1500.00 for them to do the job and set the pvc and pump so the owner of the RIG made about $27,000.00 that day super good money for a days work then the next day drill more and make more money and yes we have many many DEEPROCK Mfg Drill rigs in California from the HD-55 Pro Series to our BOBCAT RAM 10/Tractor Rigs at $15,780.00 with oil feild 2 3/8 mayhew drill pipe google DEEPROCK.com in marquez texas and google Tim King /Boremaster issues ect and the others and then make your move but yes we have DEEPROCK mfg equipment in all the usa and world we ship worldwide weekly

Yes Sir we have the DEEPROCK mfg HD-55 Pro Series in your state and they have done very well when in rock just put a Tri Cone ROCK bit on and it will grind the rock to sand particles and its slow but Rock is slow on all rigs maybe a ft a hour in hard rock soil formations and in sand and clay and shale just use the Blasthole 6 inch bit that comes with it but yes on ROCK just put a Tri Cone Rock bit on Thanks www.deeprock.com

De hecho amigos, esta máquina que tiene un motor Kohler de 7hp, sólo permite perforar un máximo de 10 metros en el mejor de los casos y en terreno relativamente suave. Construí la máquina justamente inspirado en este vídeo, pero no me funcionó para mis requerimientos. Saludos a todos todos.
