Bought a 14x50 over 3 months ago…fantastic glass.came in a sealed box.had no rubber eyepiece,since then after 63 emails I’ve had no answer from the shocking lack of customer services at immersive Scotland.any idea why they don’t answer? Or how I can get what’s actually ment to be in the box when you buy it? Steer clear unless your prepared for immersive to ignore your questions or complaints.

I’ve just brought the 14x50 from you guys unbelievable scope could you recommend a good side shoot phone or GoPro holder cheers 🍻

unfortunately the ones we have in house are not suitable to fit this scope as they are tube mounted for the phone, if you find a suitable one please can you let us know so we can help other customers with this question. Kind Regards
