The chain had come undone so was pulling on the horses bit in his mouth, the guard is not allowed to dismount so he needed help. The title was a bit over the top

The chain is not connected to the bit , it clips to the head collar then loops around the neck it's a tether chain from campaign days to attach the horses to a line for safety and to feed and water them.

The button is a call button that connects to the Guards room there is also a camera in the roof of the box , they knew there was no emergency !

I think people should not be allowed to touch the poor horses, would we like to stand for couple hours getting groped by everyone, makes me very upset and angry. These beautiful horses have feelings to they’re at work not playthings. I love it when they push and nip people when they’re pissed off ❤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧❤️🐴

Seems to be not a big deal, but if the horse gets excited and starts moving around alot he can become entangled and break a leg (a death warrent for a horse) or the chain starts swinging it could actually kill a bystander with a hit to the wrong place. Hence the reason its not a immediate danger.

Is very strange the king’s guard attitude, if we do zoom in on his face, he seems to be on dru-gs or possess by a bad spirit. He looks continually talking alone and opening his mouth. If we look his face specially at the minute 3:33. It’s well known that in government buildings specially the army there are lots of demonds. For example the White House in Washington DC, this place is number one for visitors looking for “paranormal experience”. (Very dangerous for people looking for this). 👎🏻
