I'm so damn happy for CJ and the rest of this band. They sound incredible. Yeah it took a while to release a new song, but they also don't have a label to pay for that expensive-ass music video and it's almost a 6 minute long song. They excelled with this single in every way they could.

My best friend days before he died he found out when you were kicked out of Lorna shore, I noticed him somewhat disappointed because I only heard when he said that you are a good vocalist and he really loved your music, a couple of weeks later he left more than the clouds due to an incident on his motorcycle, God was a good boy even though we did not know English because we were from Central America (Guatemala) we spent money on buying internet to see on our cell phones your songs with Spanish subtitles. I currently live in Denver and I do my best to have time to learn English as much as I can.

How are you liking Denver? Recently moved here from Tampa. I didn’t realize how many Americans with Spanish heritage lived here. It was a nice surprise. Tampa is really Spanish, but it’s mainly people with Cuban, and Puerto Rican backgrounds. Denver actually has one of the largest American populations with Mexican heritage. Guatemala is such a beautiful country. I went once many years ago.

Your stint in LS got me into deathcore as a whole. I couldn't really listen to music this heavy until Immortal. Ever since then, I've been able to enjoy more bands like Brand of Sacrifice and HLB, all thanks to your vocals. If he is your personal favorite vocalist then ok I dig it but when it comes to vocals, guitar, drums, bass, etc there is no “best” as there are sooo many different styles and techniques of playing even within the same genre of music to say who the best is. Plus music is subjective. CJ is doing nothing original with his vocals. He is a great metal vocalist but he isn’t doing anything groundbreaking. If you want groundbreaking vocals then listen to the band Archspire. Every member of that band is on a different level and they are actually doing something new and groundbreaking pushing technical death metal boundaries out even further. The vocals are probably the least impressive part of Archspire. The drummer though is on another level in terms of speed

Cj and Will are both just on a whole different level when it comes to their lows, like god damn he hit that one for the breakdown and I stood the fuck up! This shit is damn good and I’m here for it!

CJ is a beast indeed but have you heard Alexandr Shikolai from Slaughter to Prevail? His lows are on par with CJ imo.
