One thing to mention is Draenei racial is no longer groupwide in cata, and only applies to the Draenei player themselves

11:15 there is a mistake. MP5 is getting removed in Cataclysm. Mana regeneration is now ongoing without interruption.

i think it's a bit shame. as a rogue player i would love to play a build. with imp sprint in combat Shadowstep prep in subtletly and quickening talent for 30% movement speed in assa. i hope they could make some change to it lmao. but they probably won't.

Don’t forget about armor mastery! Every class forced into their armor type, instead of a mix like in previous expansions.

I never played Cataclysm back In the day and I'm willing to give it a shot here. After cata? Absolutely not if they move to mists, I'm out and I'll just be done with wow

@@neon3807 I was always under the impression MOP was the most liked expansion of all time. I never got why cause MOP was the reason I started moving away from WoW.

@@andrecardoso6941 I think that people liked the Gameplay and the features the expansion released back then, like the class changes or the challenge modes. But maybe its because if something else

Cata prepatch for sure wont hit in 2 month, they sayd its gonna be after P3 on SOD, and p2 starting in month,+ phase2 wont be shorter then phase1. So its like 3+ month at best, most likely about 4.

Im putting bets on late april early may myself but credit where its due, some of my lot have been scarily accurate about patch dates throughout tbc and wrath so who knows, we might be in for a surprise (however unlikely)

Have group will travel doesnt work in instanced dungeons or raids except for at the beginning of them i believe. If this is not the case then its how it should be which i dont think is OP or busted at all.

Any word about Wrath Era servers? I really don’t care if they do Cata as separate servers but I’m wondering if they’ll keep Wrath

At Blizzcon on November 3, it was reported that wotlk era servers are not expected in the near future.

who would want a raid log expansion really? They know how dead wrath is so don't expect any wrath era servers.

@@andrecardoso6941there a private server who always had an end-game wotlk realm, to this day it has around 10k players on it. End game wotlk isn't dead, the problem is its 20x exp and some are actually to stupid to play. They'll ask 5.8k for an icc10nm xD.

so if i farm 75k honor now for wrath, none of it will stay for cata. correct?

No, it'll be converted to the cata version of honor, should you go over the cap of 4k, any excess will eventually convert into gold.

Yep, Cata was the begining of the end.. Changing the talent tree was one of the worst decisions they ever made. Not giving a talent point at every level you gain removed all of the dopamine and drive you get from leveling. It's the reason I quit back in the day along with millions of players.

spending 5 points into one spell/ability is pointless they just made it streamlined who cares its the same thing

I was around since the end of Vanilla and Cata was when WoW started finally being a playable game. People like pre-Cata for purely nostalgia reasons. From a game design perspective, Vanilla and TBC are alpha, WoTLK was beta, and Cata was the first fully developed game release.

I’m exactly the kind of person who can’t be lured into retail by anything, but the old world also seems incredibly boring and backward to me. At such a moment, I remember Blizzard with a kind word and thank Blizzard for the cataclysm and the subsequent additions.

Just don't play. I started Classic to experience TBC - Wrath - Cata - WoD - MoP specifically. No one is forcing you to play what you don't like. Go play 1 button rotation Era if you that's what you desire.

I tried playing vanilla and tbk, but it was terrible. I'm tired of vtlk, but Blizzard can't offer anything better yet. The day cataclysm classic comes out, I will be happy, because the old world and old mechanics are too boring for me. Only complete idiots think that all addons from cataclysm to dragonflight are the same and therefore can be limited to retail only.
