The truth is, no, Stefan would never look at Katherine the way he looked at Elena. Because he had been in love with Katherine for his entire life. He only loved Elena for a couple of years. Elena could not compete with the love Stefan felt for Katherine. Of course he hated her at first for what she did, but deep down, he loved her. His body hated her, his soul was in love. And no one (not even Caroline) could compete with an eternal love that trumps all the things she did.

steferine is the purest ship on tvd. there was no love more pure than theirs. it consumed them on the inside, but stefan was afraid to admit it while katherine was more straightforward. she didnt fight it, while stefan wld fight against it and sometimes it wld break through, like in the safe and saving her from suicide.

It's a shame that they didn't explore their relationship better. It seems to me that since the writers involved the originals, the whole show got revolved around Damon, Elena and Klaus. If Damon got redeemed for everything he had done, Katherine deserved the same chance. In the end, the best two characters died together and it's such a shame.

He died with Katherine in his arms ...maybe or not Stefan loved much Katherine at their last breath despite the dsyfonctional concept and the different camp :Kat queen of hell (villain) and Stefan angel complex (Good hero). He cares her and she loved her forever. Epic scene finale : Steferine died together and an love true ,pure,dark,intense ,very deeply complex at the last. Good job for the video 😢😊👍💔💜❤❤

In the last few scenes with Stefan (before she took control over Elena’s body) it shows how broken she actually was. She just wanted to be loved and have a thing she would take care of. She was mentally strongest character in this damn show. Elena would never be such a strong as she was...fight me but I know that I’m right. Katherine was the actual Queen of this show!

I will never let go of how they mishandled this ship and Katherine's character. Either they should've let Katherine find a new love or let them be endgame. Why she was still trying to get her freedom from Klaus didn't make sense because he was not pressed about finding her. He was in New Orleans handling his own shit. They should've gave her a new plot that wasn't connected to the Salvatore brothers or Klaus. She's been running for 500 years. Give her another motive or purpose.
