Shetland is neither a dependency nor a territory, unless you count Hawaii as a dependency of the US or Tasmania a dependency of Australia.

I got Puerto Rico (been there), Greenland, and Guam. Some dependencies of Nordic countries I recognized because they have the sideways cross shape, but I didn't know which dependency they were. Shetland has one of those flags, despite belonging to Scotland, because it has Norse history.
