That feeling of wanting to jump off high places is so common it actually has a name, it's called the call of the void and can also manifest in wanting to walk onto busy roads, drive your car into walls and several other things that are very not good for you. I have trouble watching videos that were posted in the past thinking about the me who was happier back then, but somehow I've been able to overcome that watching your content. life "hack" for getting cooked on food off the pan...water. Just use a bit of water with a hot pan, & have it hot enough to boil the water lightly. As the water boils lightly, use a spatula/utensil to gently scrape off the food bits. Also, if you're making a sauce (usually not with water or just water) this is called deglazing the pan. Getting all those "bits" off the pan, cause that's FLAVOR TOWN! ha
