I watched all 3 in this series. I spent most of the time with my jaw dropped shaking my head. I swear I have never seen such a mess. I admire and respect you for seeing it to an end. It couldn't have been easy getting up in the morning knowing you were headed for THAT.

Sadly this is Government housing properties, houses were a big mistake and units without lawns, gardens are more suited as there easier to maintane

I can’t imagine what the inside looks like. It doesn’t surprise me at all that it is government housing, the government neglects everything and so do most of the people living in government housing….they feel entitled.

Sean, I am totally gobsmacked at what you uncovered in that yard. I am even more amazed that you did that by yourself. I have never seen one person do that much work to help someone in need. @@trollolol705yep! I just paused to come here and say that. While it is like a magic carpet of hiding things the truth behind it is sad. Hoping that Shaun’s help with their garden will mean they can enjoy the positive mental benefits of having a bit of nature. For me gardening helps my mental health, I love weeding and planting and pruning and I take pride in it. Neighbours comment I have one of the best front yards in the street. But it only takes a short amount of time of not getting in there (at the wrong time of year) and it becomes a massive job.

It’s easy to assume they’re just lazy, but if you have some sort of mental illness or are just overwhelmed with whatever is going on in your life, it can be debilitating just to do simple tasks. Be kind and be thankful there are people like this willing to help someone in need.

OMG.... I'm speechless. This job was an absolute blessing to this woman. What an angel of a man he is. Every neighbor surrounding this house should have helped him. At the very least offered to in physical or financial help because of the eyesore that it was. This man's heart to help is incredibly large generous. What a beautiful way to bless that woman and that community as well.

Wow Sean!! Epic is the word for the effort and outcome you got from everything you did there. I can imagine that the owner would have been too overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done. I can't imagine many lawncare professionals would have taken that job on without a significant amount of money and time. I doubt they would have been as kind, determined or thorough too. You impress me over and over again. I was so pleased to hear you say that you feel proud of what you achieved. You absolutely deserve to feel that way. Your a hero for what you do so generously for others.

The fact that you were able to get all this done with just your hands and hard work rather than a backhoe or other heavy machinery, it really says something about the strength of humans and the ability to get things accomplished without expensive or out-of-reach equipment for most. I hope they continue with their clean up. Get rid of the cars and the rubbish in the corner. That was a massive clean up.

Excellent work! I think this is your biggest cleanup so far. I didn’t see much of it until you started pulling it out. You must have been totally exhausted each day that you worked on it.

I really like the time saving, when you get finished with something you just open the back door and throw it out. Gives me more time to focus on my beer can and pizza box collection.
