I feel bad for joe seeing that his mother passed around the same time he was recording this album. with all of that sadness im amazed that he could pull together black swans and wormhole wizards. One of the songs was dedicated to her I believe..... Joe I feel for you brother....

Does anybody know what that tiny little switch is below the tone nob? There's the pick-up selector below and in between them but there's another tiny little liver switch just below the tone nob. Ideas?

@mikefont69 That's not the one made by Fernandes, right?
@whitelotus80813 жыл бұрын
@UltimateDud I didnt say anything about how that specific incident effected/impacted the emotional aspect of his playing on this album......... Satch puts in all of the emotion he can give in all of his songs since his first album; why should this be any different? If so, it should have more of a sad undertone to it with more emotion in his playing because of what happened. Re-read the comment. I said that im amazed that he could pull this album together despite his tremendous loss.

@danbenkert oh ok, in that case yes! I wish there was more video of him acually teaching rather than PR. Yep he plays with marshall JVM series 410 I think but tweaked and modded so can we really call it a marshall JVM? who knows but i seen him play 3 times in the UK the last was thye wormhole wizzard tour and he was using marshall and it sounded just as good. Keep up the playing dude.

Nice! Thanks. Sorry about making you prove it but I'm a pretty skeptical person and I question everything that is said to me out of habit. Most people I talk to I can tell don't know what they are talking about so I always ask if they can prove what they say, and most of them can't.

@jemjoesatch Yeah man I have found some incredible patches thru my Line6PODXt. Im shocked how accurate the patches are peple make and I simply download the patch and man is it spot on. And one of my guitars a Parker Fly is sporting a High Gain Dimarzio Pick up at the bridge and man some of the runs I do sound like Satch to the point that a big smile lights up on my face. LOL. Yeah man I apologizing to anyone who thinks I was downing Joe S. Hes the greatest player, Hey whats ur thoughts on Vai?

@jemjoesatch Ive played guitar since the age of 14 . I'm now 39. I know this was a few months back and yes I was hoping to see him jam right close and up front so I was naturally disappointed. So yes I will say I may had been wrong in what I said but you have to understand I love Joe I think hes one of the greatest guitar players ever. I have seen many other vids where he talks about gear. Speaking of GEAR I noticed he;s playing Marshall again. A fall out with Peavey? Anyone know the answer?

@jemjoesatch Yes Vai is different then Joe. I noticed one thing about Vai is he has long skinny fingers making his shredding abilities incredible. One thing I dont like about Steve is he can be playing the most beautiful solo and then ruin it with some weird whammy bar or strange technique? I will have to say I was blown away at the Live version of "Wish You Were Here" By Vai on youtube at G3. He uses a JEM with 3 necks one has no frets. Its so beautiful. I prefer Satch though both are Great!!
