This is our latest review, the KTM X-BOW GT-XR or the closest you can get to a purebred race car in a road-legal vehicle. In the development of the KTM X-BOW GT-XR, the focus was on the essentials - without sacrificing unique features, such as the electric jet fighter canopy.
The super sportscar is the ideal lightweight and high-performance car for true individualists who want to experience untamed dynamics, radical design and pure enthusiasm in everyday life as well.

Subscribed and commented to support this channel. These are the kinds of reviews that I enjoy the most. You actually spoke about every aspect of the car. Not just the performance, like almost every other channel. The only thing that you didn't mention, was if you are able to lock the "door" or not. Just to keep your friends and neighbors from jumping in every time you start it to go out for a drive. One other thing. I would have liked to see more of the interior of the vehicle from a seating position, also. You spoke of the cameras, but didn't show how the screens looked. Still, a great video. Thanks for posting.

Good production values so here are some suggestions: lower the music volume. It made it hard to enjoy either what you were saying or the engine noise. Also, you spent more time talking about the paddle clicks than you did the engine. How much hp and torque does it make? Who makes the engine? Is it outsourced or an in-house design? How much does the car cost? Does KTM have an online configurator so we can design our own? Of course we can research to get this info but this is the kind of info people want when they watch auto channels and that will keep them coming back. Congratulations on starting the channel, now to fine tune it to get those subscriber numbers up!

Thanks for the feedback ! Here's already the extra information for you: At the heart of the machine is the legendary 2.5 litre, five-cylinder engine - In-line five-cylinder gasoline engine with combined intake manifold/direct fuel injection; exhaust gas turbocharging with charge air cooling - manufactured by Audi AG. The engine, crowned "engine of the year" on nine separate occasions is not only the world's most powerful production five-cylinder, it is also the latest in a long line of successful Audi engines that have shone on racetracks. Which results in 581NM @ 5550/min & 368 kw @ 6350/min. Prices start at +/- €299.000,- (Excl. VAT) and unfortunately there's no online configurator. As cars are so unique, it wouldn't be possible to show all the possibilities.

Both are still completely different cars. Don’t you think? If we already look at manual gearbox Vs. automatic gearbox or 5-cylinder turbo-engine Vs. naturally aspirated V12 engine?

@@curbstoneevents No I think both goals are the same, Lightweight great handling supercars. They just go about it in a different way. The only thing I would say is that the 0-60 of the KTM is not very fast however Gordon Murray never focused on 0-60 which sort of cancels that discrepancy. The other big divide being the price. But is a small lightweight V12 and manual really worth the extra millions?

This car is so beautiful. I'd love to have one soo bad! The dark green with that rim color is perfectly my style. Either that or purple with gold rims. This car has 600 hp and weights only 2205 lbs. That is a seriously great power to weight ratio. It is just too bad they never did laptimes stock to see how it compares to Viper, Corvette or Porsche.

I drove one I have few complaints. I know it arrow dynamic thing but those camera instead psychal mirror not good that much can see bit wide far. If you hit over 150 I don't know what's going on wind noise increase so high. And brake God damn need to put to much force to use. Normal mood steering good but it's much better in sport mood. And you need those a,c on because it getting bit hot 😂.overall worth for money this. Who like to have sport race car without brake bank

Wow KTM I have to hand it to you. It is a thing of beauty! Welcome to the Big League. Now should you wanna do a Wild publicity Stunt? You could give the 69th car to me as I was born on the 69th day of 69 (1969) Now it really doesn't get much cooler. Still I'll Keep dreaming that you'll see fit to the wildest publicity Ever. I have the perfect vanity plate for it ZINURU the Secret word for Power the key to Magic above as in Below! It comes from the Emerald Tablets of Thoth and basically means the Power within. Final reasons It would most likely be the only 1 in New Zealand and someone needs to Kick Mad Mikes Arse! Also thanks to sharing the 10th of March with Chuck Norris my Birthday falls on the international day of Awesomeness! Sadly 4 Chuck his birth year was a leap year so he was the 70th day 0f 1940. Also NZ starts Greenwich meantime. Now born Wellington 10th March 1969 at 8.20pm doesn't sound that cool! But I must have big shoes to fill as I was born breach (backwards) at 20/20 on the 69th day of 69. Got to Love that 24hr clock and Chuck for making it Awesome!!!! My car does the same thing, when you enable electrical power (press start button without foot on the brake) the check engine light comes on and it goes off again when you start the engine

By "smash" you obviously mean that it would obliterate this car if you crash into it with your E-tense, seeing as that thing weighs two tons or more. Maybe, but I do wonder if you can pick up enough speed with your asthmatic 130HP to 200HP motor and the enormous weight it has to propel forward. You would likely need a good bit of run-up to accelerate. Do film it for us when you try it!

Let me get this straight. I'm big fan of European bikes and cars. But KTM is know for great 1290 super duke but reliability garbage. For upgrades like quickshiter and abs you've to pay more. This car is garbage and resale is gonna be trash not sure if motor will last long 5k miles. 😂😂

i never had problems with my super duke but with my bmw and people still drive those repair addicts so it shouldnt be to bad with this car. the engine is from audi. thank god not from bmw...

We do not have any experience with the KTM Motorcycles. All we know is that the KTM X-Bow GT-XR goes like a mad machine. And that might 2.5-liter TFSI five-cylinder engine has received the "International Engine of the Year Award" nine times since 2010. So we are convinced it'll deliver might performance for quite a while. ;-)

Why do hypercars cost millions of dollars? Just get 1 of these! It looks like a hypercar. Even if a Bugatti beats it in performance, it’s not like you’re Lewis Hamilton to feel or use the difference. But if you’re a braggart who wants to announce the price you paid for, get the Bugatti.

This is definitely one of the most "rational" cars with such performance you can buy today. The BUGATTI or other hypercar customer is more attracted to the brand, its history or its luxury than pure 100% performance. Which is exactly what the X-Bow GT-XR customer wants, 100% performance!
