Emmaaaaaaaaaaaa I’m not sure how long ago you filmed this but as a professionally unprofessional barista (qualifications: 2years at local coffee shop) I have some tips! 1. Add cold milk to espresso so it doesn’t get watered down 2. Put the portafilter on a flat and level surface when you tamp the groups down 3. Breville recommends somewhere between 14-17g of ground beans for a double shot which should double to 28-34g espresso once brewed Good luck queen 👸

My dog, every time I pick up the camera to film, starts barking at me for attention. If you haven't tried them, I really like Himalayan chews (just managed to distract him for 7 minutes to finish filming with one). They're supposed to be a good substitute for rawhide and they dissolve, so they can't do damage like some other bones and things can do.

Im from Texas so i only know texas roasters, but quality beans usually cost $20. I also feel like Phil is a chain and my not have the best beans but you should find a local San Diego roaster! I bet Whole foods sells some local!
