In My Twenties | going to therapy, cooking at home, date night, & shopping in Chicago

4 ай бұрынI'm a big advocate for taking care of your mental health, so this week I went to see a therapist. And it was a very pleasant experience :) I highly recommend therapy to everybody, even if you think you are a generally happy person! 🤍
Also now that I'm off the detox, date nights are back! My bf and I love going out to eat and trying new restaurants. If you have any recs in Chicago, lmk!
