Since I started listening to this on a daily basis I've been having very vivid dreams I normally don't dream much or if I do I never remember them but I seem to remember every detail lately. I have also had a lot less anxiety throughout the day and been able to handle difficult situations more calmly.

Thank for being here in that comments help me stay accountable. Whenever I've gotten down I revert here and immerse. I'm afraid of drinking over landlord. And that's not happened. I applied stop pleasing pple quite often. I paint and I like to make nice art to cheer pple. I must realize I'm not responsible for that. Just paint the joy I see, leave the rest at peace. I have been listening to your videos for just a few days now and I swear my growth has been profound. THANK YOU. Just believe that without a doubt you are otw to your goal.! You must have goals or at least one main goal.People with out goals work for people who do. Discipline and consistency. 2 characteristics you must have to be successful. The rest is simple. What you focus on the most. Whatever you dwell on and really believe that's the way your life is or the way you are headed well guess what your right but the simple part is that once you have that focus and drive the Universe puts whatever you need to attain that goal right in front of your face . The one thing you have to do consistently is the next right thing or the next step in the goal in order to achieve it. Don't overthink you've already set the Universe in motion and you are on your way

Oh I know what you mean. I am crazy anxious, but I try to deny it. Which in a way is how it works, but it still requires too much energy from me. Since i started listening to videos from this up-loader (cause they have worked perfectly for me in many ways) I feel so much better, I wake up motivated and happy, my life goes easier, my social experiences have improved and I am outside every day interacting with people and doing things i would normally avoid. I am the most anti-social person, but now people give me energy instead of taking it away from me. I learn to love people around and i feel connected with them and a part of the crowd, not one who is trying to escape through it. Now when i listen to this video I feel a warmth passing through my body and I feel very relaxed. Off to meditating now and visioning my desires.

Dear vortex success, wow thank you. I began seven months ago. My self talk, self trust is better. Please hope I can make it back to work. Please hope my mind, body will receive these messages. I find myself feeling at home to this session as I walk at night. So comforting, joyful. At rest Or bedtime I rest on the morning depression and clearing wounds at a cellular level sessions. I have a bit of vagus, trigeminal nerve trouble from neck injury. Physical therapy is going ok. Strengthening exercises for neck. The pain mgmt sub is helpful too. Your catalogue filled with so many great tools to apply. I read over the affirmations and say , ok, internalize this session. Wake tomorrow anew. I feel underserving of housing and I'm listening to the law of attraction. I had a terrible run in with a good landlord. I hope the situation works out.

What Increase Your Vibrational Energy, has done for me is, no matter what time of the day I am listening to it, I always induce myself into an alpha state of mind. I click the SHOW MORE TAB, and there are affirmations for Connecting To the Source. I read those, taking in and releasing my breath. When I do this my intention is to not slip over to Delta state of mind only Alpha and Theta, I can experience the full benefits of feeling the energy and the connection better, and that way if I am exercising concentration during the day, I can still be fully conscious and well aware of making my dreams and desire feel more realistic. Then I focus on the creative area of my body and that is the second Chakra called the "Sacral Chakra". So I try to use a masterpiece like this, for that matter many thing in life without judgement. This is when I can Feel the Power of The Source's Energy.

ultimately everything is energy. thought exists in a 2D plane of duality. positive or negative. our vocabulary/thoughts either has ying or yang energy. to realize wholeness/oneness/harmony one must transcend thought , & the mind, silence and presence. the words can be the guide but you must make the way.

I understand that when it's isochronic, you don't need any ear/head phones. But when it's binaural beats/sounds you need them to clear all outside sounds/distractions and therefore hear clearly the Hz sound created from the joined sound of the right and left earphones . That particular Hz sound in turn stimulates certain parts of the brain to affect/stimulate a certain outcome. Does anyone disagree?

This video is the only one I have found that completely calms my anxiety and inspires love and creativity in me. I have tried other lately and they just makes me sleepy and or anxious. You can meditate and take part in activities at the same time. It's mostly a practice in regulating one's breathing and all the crap that your mind wants to throw in there. It's not as full of an experience as sitting down or laying down while meditation, but, still effective. I believe the Shintoists came up with a meditation that actually involves walking around. I just can't remember what its called.
