In this episode, we will discuss the stages of change and you will learn a process to clearly map out your intentions. You will also experience a hypnosis session to assist you in increasing your levels of motivation to make a change.

This superb session should have a fee of several hundred dollars. It contains many of the universal principles preached by the celebrity life coaches. The difference here is that it goes below the surface, into the subconscious, to affect everlasting change. My deepest gratitude to Donald for selflessly sharing this and making accessible to all.

I just did this on the train! Ive always wanted to undergo hypnosis. I didnt think a youtube video would truly work! Before he spoke of some things in the meditation, the information was being fed into my brain. This was unbelievable uuuuugh so good.

i love the information. But 5 minutes in in am asked to get a paper and pen. How is this a meditation? I am actively acquiring new information and contemplating change? This needs a better title. If there is a meditation here, it needs to be appropriately titled and get to it immediately. okay. 8 minutes in the meditation starts. this should be 2 videos.
