This is by far one of my favorite layouts. Well thought out for actual living, not just a rental. For a 10x26 it looks so roomy! This would be my Dream Tiny Home!! 🥰

I look at other producers’ homes and can really tell the difference in style and workmanship at ITH. One home was over 100k and there was a big gap on both sides of the stove. The stairs looked like they were too far apart for short persons. Your interiors are classic and won’t soon be passé. Keep up the good work.

This one would be perfect for me, too! GORGEOUS!! Such efficient use of space and storage!! I'd put a sectional sofa in the living room facing the front door, and mount my TV on the side of that refrigerator surround, so it can swivel over to the breakfast counter when the front door is closed, and eat or work at that beautiful rounded countertop! I also love the full length walkway along the side of the bed... need that for my tall self with my bad knees. Really think you should make this floor plan one of your model homes❣️ Fabulous home!!

This by far is my 2nd favorite house you've built. I LOVE the L kitchen with the overhang for stools, the bathroom and bedroom are both awesome. This design is definitely a winner!! My other 2 favorite's are Becky's house and the Christmas one.

The soft close doors, the electrical plugs specialized, the arches, and all those little details, hand made cupboards is what makes you better than the other guys! Craftsman and little touches makes such a difference. Hope it doesn't get lost in the growth of everything. The soft close drawers and such really are what makes the excellence of the homes. Don't give up your quality as it really gives you a great foundation For sales.

Oh my goodness! What a gorgeous, beautiful home!!! I hope you will offer this design as a custom home in the future, after you get your model homes into production. You did say you would do some custom homes, though they would of course be more expensive. I just love everything about this! Y'all do quality work!!!! I can't wait to see how the homeowner decorates it. Sure hope she will give us a video tour!

I worked as a Quality Control Inspector for a few years and learned things which help me identify good, better, and best. Depending on what your looking at and based on whatever knowledge base you have about a particular product, the ability to spot the differences in quality levels becomes more acute. But once you've done a job like that it becomes easier to identify high quality regardless of industry. And IMO, the workmanship of ITH homes is some of the best available in this market and it really shines through in this example which makes me all the more excited to think that maybe one day I too will have a very high quality level ITH home to spend my retirement years.

Outstanding!!!! Its particularly invaluable to see what someone includes in their design given she has already had the experience of living in a tiny home! I absolutely love the peninsula added to the kitchen. I think this would be a necessary modification for me with a couple of the current models being offered as it provides enhanced storage and counter space.

That is the most liveable home I have seen you create! It is wonderful!!! Is this something you can do again? Would love to know the cost since I believe I would LOVE living in this one!!!

I LOVE THIS !! The Kitchen looks HUGE and of course White surfaces make it feel Larger and more Open. Love the Layout, just feels more like a conventional home. Every little detail on this one is Great. The walk way in the Loft feels more like a regular Bedroom. WELL DONE !!

You should make this one of your standard floor plans. You give up a little in the living room, but what a kitchen, bath and loft with easy access. I have about 5 acres of land on my ranch I am developing. Looking forward to talking to you guys about homes to rent out as vacation get away locations in the country. It beautiful the only thing I would change is the kitchen window, the steps is to far in to the kitchen, where the little door is I would put only one window and the upstairs bedroom I would put like shelves where the wall is when you coming upstairs. The bathroom is great.😊

Beautiful home. Lots of extras that add up. ITH has the ability to do these types of builds, but at what cost? I understand your decision is to not build these custom homes anymore. The time it takes, the changes the customers make, measurements and build houses at a cost customer’s can afford. He is keeping his cost down, giving more people homes they can afford. It is so sad that all the craftsmanship that ITH can do will no longer be done, the Randy racks, the custom cabinets, no changes to model homes, homes that will all be same. It’s understandable but still sad. Tiny homes cost double, sometimes triple per square foot then a small home on land. I still love ❤️ ITH, and tiny homes. Great home Randy, to be one of the last custom homes!

Absolutely love the house. We are happy to know that you will still do custom homes. We call our a semi-custom home when we get to have you build ours. The only thing custom is the layout that we want and you guys can come up with the rest. We will even paint or poly it. We are counting down the time/months/days that we can finally do it. This home ticks all the boxes for me! The beautiful woodworking with the different stains looks so rich again the white cabinets. This done as a model would be a great seller. You've done it again ITH, I have to update my wishlist!

I'm not one that particularly cares for a loft because I have problem with stairs, but I would if I could get a house like this without all the customization even though it's beautiful and I love it but it has just about everything I want I'd love to get one of these and Randy thank you and your crew for all you do to help find homes for people that need them you're incredibox is wonderful

Quality to the millionth degree! Super good work guys! I am so excited I really could feel like I can live in in this! First one really. I mean a bigger kitchen bathroom is amazing the amount of storage! The stairs the easy access loft. I just can’t say enough, and I think the interior is what people want over the extras on the exterior. I know that’s a little disappointing since you’re putting a lot in the exteriors of your model homes. Id bet that most people would rather that all the extras ($) went inside to have a better interior like this one!

I have a garden window over my sink , it wasn't what it was supposed to be. Besides being a pain to reach it, never could grow anything in it . It fried the plants and it was really cold in winter. I hope her window is better than what I have. I need to get a regular window to replace it. That's a beautiful home.
