NIce place, some good potential. Do you know, if someone wanted to go to the expense, would they be allowed to add extra height to the wall surrounding the property, some or all of it, but at least the sides for privacy from the neighbors seeing in, or are there perhaps codes that will not allow that? And if there are codes, I wonder what the max allowable height would be, how much higher than it is now. I would like a higher privacy wall at least in the back, and I might dump that basketball court and add a tennis court and small shaded gazebo by that court for relaxing in the shade between sets or while your friends are playing, in part of the big, wide expanse of yard in the far back. I might also lengthen the pool some to make it better as a lap pool, making sure there is a deep end for enjoyment but also for treading water exercises as I get older. I'd also like to add some more of those beautiful, tall trees around the periphery, especially if I couldn't increase the height of the wall. Not sure what I would do with that large unfinished outdoor balcony on the second floor rear, but I have a few ideas.

@@chakits1 Sadly, not now. Probably a year or more away until I move to the Vegas area. Just seeing what's available. I need to learn a lot more about the various Vegas area communities. I've not lived in the desert before, and am more used to hills and lots of trees. Not sure what Vegas area communities there might be that offer more of that, including views but also some degree or sense of privacy, outdoors especially. In the area where this place is, I'd want to do the sorts of things I mentioned, because outdoor living is important to me, and this place has a sort of oasis feel in the back that I would play up on.

I was ready to hate on this house because you wrote horse property on the title and I'm not a horse guy though I do love women who are equestrian's🥰🥰😘😘 anyway in terms of the home, so the neighborhood is a no go for me not enough trees and we know that the sun is unrelenting in Las Vegas so that's the first Zonk. Another thing I don't like is that wall out front of the house it just feels like I'm in prison I know the privacy issues but it's not my thing.😕😕😕 But the landscaping is really good they spent a lot of money on that😊😊😊 and the courtyard is wonderful it would be nice to sit in that area in the late fall and early spring😋😋😋 and what about that kitchen I love those cabinets they are clean and pristine also I'm a big fan of viking you can't go wrong with that one man. The shower in the main bedroom is great it just needs some grab bars and I love the carpet in the rooms but all those tubs have got to go.😕😕😕😕 Also those pillars around the house and the barriers that surround the balconies you can't go wrong with that at all and when you include the backyard with all of that it's like you are in ancient Rome and I love that the backyard it's to die for and by the way it's great. I mean the house is really nice all and all, it has it's issues but they can be fixed so would I live here NO it's just to big for me alone but renting out would be fun it's time for another BBQ😋😋😋😋 with you Chuck your whole team and family that would be cool to do thanks for the home tour waiting for the next video.😊😊😊😊

Kind of boxy lots of walls and narrow hallways definitely not an open floorplan doesn't look like 6K+ sq.ft. of living space unless they're counting the huge balcony/deck area. I felt confined with all those walls, hallways and boxy rooms. Just my $00.02

Honestly I wouldn't price that thing at 3.6. I'm not in the market for a multimillion-dollar home, but I have viewed a few in my lifetime LOL. (BTW I guess I am missing something here, how is it a horse property?) Other than the price, got to admit those outdoor deck areas were magnificent! You can see where the previous owner put a priority to living life.

These ppl trying to price these homes in millions on equestrian zoning lots don’t make sense. You have 3.6 mil but he houses across the street dont match? This seems like it would be a comp hell when time to resale. For this price I want guard gated or the rest of the block to match my homes. I wonder if this another California RE investor
