Thanks for these Comments, from what I see, they are valid: “…Lack of spines, huge interference fit or weld in place, quality of material and finish, no stress relief or heat treating and quite possibly the Grade 2 strength.” This is a very different manufacturing culture, than that to which I am accustomed. @@rlewis1946 I'm not surprised by what they do there to get by. It may be India or Pakistan in the video idk. I lived in Burma(Myanmar) in ('87 and '88) and they were even worse at some things they manufactured because of being so poor. They had wonderful artisans and even well trained engineers (British taught for decades) but they didn't have all the tools/machines even if they knew the correct methods. They just made what the could make. The US and other western nations helped with donations of agricultural equipment, supplies, maintenance training etc. The ones I really admired were the wood-worker artisans that could make just about anything from teakwood, rosewood, ironwood, bamboo, wicker etc. If you had an idea, sketch or actual blueprint they could make that item.

@@жекамастер как токарь скажу, там не кинематика, там режется именно левая, так как сход стружки идет вверх, да и по виткам видно что левая

То похоже шпильки, для грузовых колес, на них левая резьба

Чтобы при последующей ковке хватило металла и лишнего не слишком много стачивать. Странно что резьбу на болтах режут, а не прокатывают. Хотя может на таких диаметрах проще резать

I have been to 113 countries and all 7 continents and this is 100 percent normal in this part of the world. Travel some and educate yourself.

@@waynewayne9693 It is hard for not to have some of your thoughts. As Westerner, I was shocked to see the working conditions, techniques and raw stock used in this video. It is a very different manufacturing culture, to which I am not accustomed. I learned from the Comments that these nut and bolt assembles are actually large vehicle Wheel Studs and Lug Nuts. (Some how a “Translate” option has found its way into the comments and replies. It really helps understand what other non-English text says! ) I just can’t imagine working in that shop or even using its products, until I could see some proper testing/QA data.
