この映画では80年代の日本のヒット曲がいくつか使われてるいるのも面白いところです。ちなみにこの映画のメインテーマとしては、今後日本で高い確率で起こるであろう南海トラフ巨大地震という地震への警告という意味合いがあるようです。ちなみに最初のシーン出てきた船は、東日本大震災の際に津波で建物の上に乗ってしまった様子のオマージュです。

This is such a beautiful movie. Its heartbreaking in a wonderful way. The way it depict the kindness of human-beings and the beauty of the simple aspects of life is honestly wonderful. So happy that you reacted this movie!

I've just finished the movie on Netflix and I've never cried this much for a movie, specially the ones from Makoto Shinkai 💔 I cried so much… it was really beautiful !! wringing my story on Instagram I was still crying 🥲 it devastated me

for someone who was lived through big earthquakes like me, this movie hits hard.

The movie kept me wondering when my heart was going to get ripped out and stomped on. Then it happened. Myeah... that hurt.

Hey Dude I just like to say that Justice League X RWBY Superheroes and Huntsmen Part 2 is now out for digital, I want you see this movie for yourself. Also this movie kinda cool and sad at the same time tho

Great video! Excellent review of the movie at the end, you caught and understood most all of the underlying cultural things within the movie. Very astute! Your Name is still my all-time favorite movie (including live action/ hollywood movies!) and Suzume is very close behind as my second favorite, with Garden of Words #3. Weathering With You I also saw in the theater with some friends, but we were all somewhat disappointed with that one, so for me it doesn't make the list.

I saw that breathtaking anime movie last year. Japanese spoken with English subtitles is better.
