Indesit IDCE 8450BH tumble dryer H2O fault code. Easy fix by replacing water pump impeller. Also Hotpoint and other models.

Thanks for this video. Our issue turned out to be all the gunk in the rear reservoir.

Thank you very much. I have a HOTPOINT but it is the same. i wonder why the official youtube channel stays in the simple solution of emptying the water reservoir. It's in the troubleshooting. THIS IS THE SOLUTION WE NEED!

Thanks for this. My issue didn't turn out to be the impeller, but the rear reservoir was full of gunk.

Great video, managed to change the impeller and clear out all the gunk. I've cleaned the condenser at the front but I still have have the error symbol displaying. Is there anything else you could suggest please?

I would check the pump motor actually runs ok - if not a new pump assembly may be required, check the float switch works, check the tube between pump and the upper water container is unblocked etc.....As this includes electrical testing, appropriate expertise is advised. Good luck

I suspect I might be reaching my skill limits so I'll check what I can and call an expert in if I have no luck. Thanks again for the info.
