Thank you very much. I have a HOTPOINT but it is the same. i wonder why the official youtube channel stays in the simple solution of emptying the water reservoir. It's in the troubleshooting. THIS IS THE SOLUTION WE NEED!

Great video, managed to change the impeller and clear out all the gunk. I've cleaned the condenser at the front but I still have have the error symbol displaying. Is there anything else you could suggest please?

I would check the pump motor actually runs ok - if not a new pump assembly may be required, check the float switch works, check the tube between pump and the upper water container is unblocked etc.....As this includes electrical testing, appropriate expertise is advised. Good luck
