I just want to tell you one thing Reasons why this will obviously fail 1 Driving on road in India is very difficult for AI 2 PODS aren't very efficient can carry only 10 people bus can carry over 50- 60 people 3 we should concentrate on public transportation like bus trams and metros rather than this 4 We should you cycle rather than pods in College I mean how large can college campus be 5 No matter how geeky you are you are not going to trust an autonomous vehicle without steering wheel 6 And what problem is this solving there are already cars which people can drive you are just increasing the wight on the roads 7. If it's going to ride from point a to point b in that 100 of people want to travel between them so I think tram or locals will make a lot of sense rather than a POD 8. College may not invest in such a high investment rather than giving the cycles to students And lot lot of other reasons this is Why the hyperloop also failed

All that and currently there at that stage where they are needing a remote control to drive the car. This is a joke to Autnomous vehicles. They shouldn't be advertising this much unless they are ready with some solid Generative AI model, or they have bought one out and implemented it in the car.

This type of Car / taxi don't need a steering wheel as they can be made to run on pre-designed track. And their GPS or traffic systems can automatically slow or fasten up the cars to make sure all cars stay at a safe gap (using AI or simple maths algorithms). They'll be the taxi of the future for which you can amytime hop out of your gate, press a button and such a car will be at your gate in no time, and you can choose the drop off and it will drop you there, for no cost. (If in the future all the roads are re-built)
