A trip to Srinagar is incomplete without the Snow, the Shikara and the Wazwan. One of the tastiest flavours of Kashmir is the Wazwan Feast. The Gushtaba, Rista, Kebabs, Rogan Josh and many more dishes are just to die for. Honestly, this feast was my main motivation to come to Srinagar. And what a feast it was, I not only ate my heart out but got a close and candid view of the hard work that goes behind making this gigantic banquet.
So next time you are in Srinagar cannot skip a traditional Wazwan Feast.
