Indian Grave Gap is where the Appalachian Trail crosses TN395/NC197. There are a few parking spots but with an awkward curb so please pay attention and park logically. Parking is also possible on the side of the road.
The dirt road (FS230) behind the locked gate leads to TN107 which is several miles below Iron Mountain Gap and the AT. Beauty Spot and Unaka Mountain can be accessed via this road.
