Nice explanation ....I have lost 23 kgs in 8 months and first 15 kgs weight loss is easy for Me with diet and workout but after that got stuck but because of IF I have lost 8 kgs still my journey is going on trust me IF is very helpful....98 kgs to 74 kg is my current weight

U have to follow long term process. 1.pinch of Cinnamon plus rock salt water 2.female can stop 14:10,15:9 3.let the hungerwave pass 4.dont just count calories,,focus on macros 5.must come quick back 6 how to open and close fast matters 7.sleep quality 8.when to workout

A must watch for people doing IF. Alhumduliah started on 5/nov/22 (89.7 kg) and today 4/Dec/22(81.8 kg). Only home made food, no cheat day, proper sleep ( slept by 10:30 pm and woke up by 5:30 am), 3 lt of water per day. With my two kids - one 4 yrs old and the other one and half year old it was hard but I never gave up. Gonna continue for one more month and will update results. My work out was looking after my kids.

Yeah sure happy to help I am working out 5-6 days week. 60 - to 70 minutes just follow the workout Growwithjo she is wonderful and absolutely beautiful babe I am following IF 11 to 6 to 6.30 last meal I am eating 3 meals Drinking 4 ltr water a day Before my first meal I am trying to finish 1.5 ltr of water at least In the morning am taking my iron+ vitc tab with 600 mls of water After half an hour am taking jeera+ cinnamon+whole dhaniya water( Which I soaked overnight and boil it in the morning and make it like a 1 L of water and I’m drinking it in the morning before my first meal With apple cider vinegar and black salt. My first meal is 5 egg white 1 whole( because i cant eat yellow but try to manage only 1 egg York because of the whole goodness)with a lots of vegetables omelette 1 tsp of desi ghee or olive oil. 2 whole wheat sourdough breads with a tablespoon of peanut butter and one cup of dipping tea. 2nd meal is 1 roti, salad, daal, raita etc 60 to 70 minutes workout 3rd meal Protein shake= 1 scoop of protein 10 almonds, 1 spoon of papita seed, 1 sp of pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup of chia seeds( sounds like a lots of fat but ladies you really need to eat good fat. Some time i eat avocado in my smoothie or on my toast. I am following this diet 5 days a week and on week end I am eating my fav meals😀😀 Hope this will help you ladies. At least this worked for me actually because everyone is different and everyone’s body is different hormones are different so the body reacting different to the different foods so maybe it can help you thank you.

Many people who r asking about jeera r fenugreek water. As per Dr. Jason Fung, people who r beginners or have problems to stick to IF, can have less than 40 calories of fat or veg salad in fasting state. He says insulin will spike a bit but not that much as a breakfast meal will spike. I had hard times multiple times to start IF, but now I take jeera lemon water(6-7 cal), then after 1 hour I take tea with 1 tbsp cream (20 cal) and no gurh, honey in it. This way I can do my chores without jitteriness or headaches untill 12 to 1 p. As Manju says start slowly. Hope it helps.

Hey, I have a few questions, I wake up very early in the morning so am I allowed to drink 2 or 3 fasting drinks that you discussed? Q 2 - In case, I eat something like a spoon of poha (from my child lunchbox to see if it tastes correct) then it will break the fast I understand that from your video. But, the question is should I terminate the fast and eat normally for that day or reach till the end? And, will it ruin my efforts for the hours that I fast? Please explain how this works.

She said when or if you are feeling hungry. I always soak cinnamon overnight and in the morning i boil it with 2-3 glasses of water and add a little lemon and black salt or sometime apple cider vinegar. Its the best drink to enjoy and control your hunger. You can drink whenever you want Hope it will help you😊

IMF depends on insulin secretion ,especially after pointed by dr.dixit diet plan.dr.dixit has suggested some items that can be allowed in between a fasting state which after consuming will not cause secretion of insulin .does the salt water and cinnamon drink u suggested by u has the same effect?

Hi, Thank you for great information. Doing IF 14:10 I am drinking at 6-6:30 am meethi, curry leaves, cinnamon,ginger drink during IF window, does this break my fast. Please do reply I was drinking this because m pre-diabetic and I feel inch loss with this drink. Thank you once again
