✓ We feel very much obliged to take a bow, because in this video we are in the presence of the "Royal family"..............the "Royal family of London's Indian Street Food Scene" that is.
GOOD NEWSFLASH: The annual festival "Desi" Indian street food market is this year only for 5 days and is taking place from Thursday 3rd May to Monday 7th May 2018
(Last years Alchemy festival took place from: Thursday 18th May to Monday 29th May 2017).
Hearing the sizzle & smelling the delicious aromas coming from the grill is just a couple of the aspects of street food.......the other aspect is the one that feeds your visual sense & in this video we attempt to convey and articulate that visual theatre to you; the viewer.
This is a compilation of the best of the best.......the street food champions of Alchemy festival; the crème de la crème is represented here - watch & enjoy!!!
This is a compiled video showing the present (and past) street food traders over the last three years at Alchemy festival (2016, 2015 & 2014).
Alchemy Festival this year was from Friday 20 May to Monday 31st May 2016 (bank holiday Monday) as the Southbank Centre Square was once again transformed into a magical, bustling Indian Street Food market.........it was truly a feast for the senses !!!

Kamran Abbasi srilankan food is similar to south Indian dishes. They add more chilly. You can try south Indian food in Chennai dosa, Wembley and many other restaurants too

Hii dear.... this is not only in London... bt in many other countries also, where indians actually stay n earn by selling indian food items.... n with good hygiene n quality....they can earn 5 times or 7 times more when they sell it in other countries.. My brother lives in Johannesburg... n even he prepares n sells South indian dishes, pav bhaji , vada pav , Samosa, n paani puri...It runs so beautifully dat now he has opened his second shop 100 kms away... He manages to get all his raw materials from india only.... n he jst goes prepares n sells... even he hires almost team of 7 African peoples to help him in his work... !!!

There is always one person who will behave like this. When you last time went to any street stall? If you went to dirty ones than it is your mistake. There will be one or 10 stalls near your house where everyone likes to go because they are clean and property maintained.

rajasthani food are also delicious, dal baati churma, keair sangri, ghewar, pyaaj kachori, mava kachori, gatee ki sabji, papad ki sabji, kaaju kari, gulab halwa,dal dhokle, etc,,and there are so many dishes. ..

Punjabi food such as parantha paalak paneer samosa makkai di roti matthi lassi are nice too so are Keralian ones like idiyappam panniyaram , kotthu paratha malbari paratha etc Gujrati dhokala undhiyo daldhokli dabeli phaapdaa are nice tooMaharashtra has its own gems like wadapav misalpav puranpoli taambdaa paandhra rassa mutton thaalipeeth etc Karnataka has its own treasures like mysorepak kardant Dosa idly bisibelebhat tatteidly ennegai zunaka etc and Bengali Udiya delicacies like rossogulla chamcham dab chingri , maachher jhol also need a mention and then every state has its own specialities so our India as whole is food heaven so happy fooding.
