Looking forward to a few things tonite: 1) Seeing Celeste & Grace do their thing... they're very talented gals + awesome for CC's style of play; 2) The coach not disrupting game flow by taking players out that r doin good, or shamin'/ blamin' players in media rounds...why not talk more ab pos things + strategy & things the coaching staff's doin' to set them up for success (keep the rough stuff in the locker room) ; 3) Seeing AB and everyone feelin' & playin' good...been a lot of change for everyone & the entire team's doin' their best to cope, adjust, and gel as a team; they ALL need grace and they're ALL gonna be fine, not just the rookie. 🏀

I don’t understand the haters at all. She’s incredibly humble and well spoken. I love an athlete that is not concerned with being a celebrity and just inspires her sport and her fans.

The NFL and the NBA continues to have generational and franchise changing players. Case in point, Trevor Lawrence, Patrick Maholmes, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Each was welcomed and allowed to play within themselves and without so much hate. Each brought fans to watch their greatness build up. I don't understand why CC gets so much hate and jealousy when she is getting fans into seats to watch. Even the Aces are getting "Sponsorship" deals without getting so much hate even though it's being investigated. Even NBA greats support CC and wants to see her grow. I am flabbergasted to see CC doing interviews alone now and in a muted tone without any excitement and smiles. She has faced jealousy from other players, sponsorship hate, refs calling her play harshly, and even her coaches putting her in odd positions, wanting to change her game, and not supporting her when she gets treated differently. Tbh, I don't know how the Fever can change their team without firing coach Sides (which I don't support). The damage has been done. Feelings and respect have been damaged. I can't watch CC get clobbered on all sides, so I will quit watching Fever games till I can see CC smile again. I sold my season tickets and streaming subscription. I switch to watching my NFL team go through OTAs, training camp, ramping up to the start of the season (yes, I do have season tickets and NFL game pass).

She's what now, 0-4? Clark gets exposed more literally every game. She is not exciting to watch and just does the same thing on each possession, that's if she doesn't cough it up to the other team first. It's so entertaining to read the silly comments by her bandwagon fanbase always talking about jersey sales and attendance numbers because she has no actual WINNING to talk about. Clark is a 2X NCAA loser for a reason; she was not good enough to lead Iowa to a championship. Chucking up low percentage 3s gets "Oohs" and "Ahs," but the one thing it doesn't get you is championships. DEFENSE does that, which Clark knows nothing about since she doesn't play any.

There is only one other pro athlete that reminds me of CC. It's Brock Purdy, the last pick in the NFL draft. Two well spoken individuals that know Christ. Both form colleges in Iowa.
