The XUV 3XO is offered in three primary variants: MX, AX5, and AX7, with the MX trim further divided into three sub-variants: MX1, MX2, and MX3. Each variant of the XUV 3XO provides distinct features.
For color options, buyers can choose from eight different choices: Citrine Yellow, Deep Forest, Dune Beige, Everest White, Galaxy Grey, Nebula Blue, Stealth Black, and Tango Red. Additionally, certain colors offer an optional Stealth Black roof, while others like Deep Forest, Nebula Blue, and Stealth Black come with the option of a Galvano Grey roof.
The XUV 3XO is configured as a 5-seater vehicle.
In terms of engine and transmission, Mahindra has maintained the same options as the previous XUV300, featuring a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol unit, a 1.5-liter diesel engine, and a 1.2-liter TGDi turbo-petrol engine, all paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Optional 6-speed automatic transmissions are available for the turbo-petrol engines, while the diesel engine offers a 6-speed AMT.
Claimed fuel efficiency figures for each powertrain option are provided, ranging from 17.96 kmpl to 21.2 kmpl.
The XUV 3XO comes equipped with features such as dual 10.25-inch displays for infotainment and instrumentation, cruise control, dual-zone AC, wireless phone charging, connected car technology, and a panoramic sunroof - a first in its segment.
Regarding safety, the XUV 3XO boasts six airbags as standard, electronic stability control (ESC), a rearview camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) including adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, and lane-keep assist.
Competing with models like the Nissan Magnite, Hyundai Venue, Renault Kiger, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, and others, the Mahindra XUV 3XO aims to establish its presence in the sub-4m SUV segment.
