Yes. That is the case for most developing countries in South East Asia, South Asia and South America. They're successful in mobile esports because its the platform thats accessible to most. PC and Consoles is too much of a luxury in the regions I mentioned. Unlike in developed regions (e.g. NA, EU, East Asia) PC and Consoles are affordable for the lower working class there.

Imagine Onic ID 4-peat in MPL ID and now didn’t qualify in the playoffs.. I was so surprised too.. All I can say is, other regions are catching up, they were improving so much in Micro and Macro gameplay.. Imagine SYS don’t have a coach but they still win against Onic ID?! They kept on barking on the comment section. But now it's a relief. Even though Ph could potentially be defeated I'm still happy because there's no Indonesian team in this tournament. Each present team respect pH imports compared to Indo. Even though ph team could not potentially be on the championship as long as there are imports and coaches winning it's still a win.

Hindi rin. Walang kompetisyon sa indo. Walang thrill ika nga, walang team na makasabay sa kanila. Di nag improve ang region nila. Prang ung ibang team don e farm na lang. Hindi gaya dito sa ph balagabagan, lahat ng team nakakasabay. Kaya di ko maintindihan ang indogs na boring daw ang ph. Eh 4 na taon puro onic panalo, ibig sabihin di nakakasabay iba team. There’s never been an indo era since when the M2 starts, let’s be realistic here, c’mon HAHAH just winning one major tournament (msc 2023) doesn’t automatically mean that they’ve established an era. Establishing an era requires more than just 1 or 2 major tournaments, it must be DOMINATING the game for a LONG time which the indo didn’t achieve since m2 started
