I am researching now and there are almost no hardtops coming out... Well no push button hard tops... Might have to find a BMW 4 Series

I have a 2015 Q60S convertible and it gets alot of attention! I love bombing around with the top down when it's nice out. You get a great sense of freedom driving with it down.

This is one of the best hardtop convertibles out there for the money. Wish they still made them. I own a 2014 Q60S convertible. The reason for the name change from G37 to Q60 is that in around 2013 an executive was hired by Infiniti who previously worked for Audi. Audi has vehicles with model names starting with "Q" so the executive they hired renamed all the Infiniti vehicles similarly (not a cool move in my opinion because the G37 sounds better).

I own a 2014 Q60s also. Just this week the top wouldn't close... nothing.. I kept restarting the car and it finally worked (major panic attack)! Lol... just wondering if that's ever happened to you?

I didn't realize they were about 50 k when new. I've had one for about two years. They are super fun to drive. I absolutely love the way the back and front lines are styled. The exhaust sound is super too. To me, it's like buyer a Porsche 911 with a lower purchase price and maybe better reliability.

Ive had a softtop convertable 99 miata Noisey hard to cool no insulation Ive also had a2010 hardtop convertable loved it have none now had a stroke cant wait to get my next hardtop convertable just for a little fun which seems to be in short supply these days saw an infinity on the road today thats how i got here

i have a 2014 Q60 IPL Convertible. Last year made was 2015. I bought her 8 months ago with 23k miles. $22k. She's at 25k now. Owned a 1970 383 Mag Cuda for my first car, and although her HP doesn't rival my Cuda, she's a heck of alot more fun to drive. TopzDown!! She's Gray with Wheat Interior. No Plan on Ever Parting with this Baby!! Love your Video! Thanks for the Exposure. Would love to see Infiniti bring a new Q60 Sport 400 Convertible. But, sadly, Convertibles just aren't well produced. People do not know what they are Missing!!! ❤

This is a great vehicle. I have the G37S 09 model. I do not have cooling seats or Bluetooth but you buy this for the hardtop option. I made modifications to the interior and now have zebra wood instead of the aluminum brushes look. I also added a wind deflector. It moves like a 5 series but not quite like a 300 or 250 Mercedes. It is very agile due to the wide wheel base. Do not put anything in the trunk. That’s what will cause damage to the roof.

Great video, I just discovered your channel, I really want to find one of these and do an LS swap… maybe even an LSA Supercharged …if it would fit…it would be sooo much fun to have a hard top convertible , as super nice as these are, with a nasty cam,…choppin away and way over 400 reliable horsepower… there is a company 30 minutes from my house that makes allot of the conversion parts / Sikky in Baltimore…😎🏁

Bought this baby in black, manual speed. Love it! Replacement for a Solstice which insurance totaled. This baby handles and accelerates well. Took me a minute to get accustomed to 6-speeds.

I also have a g37 convertible 2009. If you want a faster version look for the ipl version. The stock vert has around 325 hp. The ipl version has around 348 hp.

@@Michael21812 just a few times the top didn't close right it didn't line up with the holes on the top of the roof. I just brought it back and re did it.

I have a 2013 g37. 50k miles and unfortunately starting having issues with the hydraulic pump from the top unfortunately. The dealer wants $10k to fix it. Working on alternatives right now .

I always wondered, when you close the hardtop is it almost same as none convertible when it comes to quietness? And does this have smooth ride or kinda rough ride like other sports cars?

That is the best part of hardtops... Very low sound problems, almost can't tell from looking at them that they are a convertable. Now I will say the soft tops have gotten a lot better on this in the recent years but I think it looks way better from the outside with a hard top...

Most sport versions will have a stiff ride, G37 journey model will have a softer ride.

Some do and some don't. I think that is one of the common problems with Convertibles, This one did not, but we have had to replace the seals on some over the years.

I've looked at the IS350C and it's not better than the G37/Q60 convertible. A few seconds slower roof operation is not a problem if the car is better overall as in the case of the Infiniti.

Do you know Ferrari F50 is pretty basic Most luxury brand understand about value added, so they make sure they add enough value. Sometime they add unnecessary item but cool to have In the other hand infiniti could be aim for those who really loves open air but try reduce cost because not everybody needs 'em. Like me Luxury is not what car or tangible goods. My kuxury is different Luxury is mostly spending much more just to get something a lil bit more but perceived as amazing There is suck, ok, fine and luxury goods. I stop at fine good Let say I buy a Ferrari. That's because i hate to mod my car i like stock car If the mods is almost unnoticeable visually and not disrupt basic functions, then I'm ok about it If it does I'd hate it So I believe those sport or premium car help people like me about a not so common car Because I loke cars, but don't want to spend too much time planning its mods

I have a sky blue 2009 model. Love it! We use it for road trips. It looks great with the top up or down. There is NO car I have enjoyed driving more. Not even the new Infiniti's.
