Hi Logan, I got the de same type of hernia as you describe it. Have been there for a year now. Lately it started to go down even more but no o pain and easy to push it back. I just started a Homeopathic treatment . Been reading a lot about it and saw very positive result. I'll let you know about it in a while. Eat lightly meals like veggies, walking exercise every morning and hernia exercises, more fiber foods and stay away with sugar, I try that in my treatment and now it's almost gone, I eat full meals a day now, no more pressure, no more bulge no more hernia and no more hernia belt... just believe in your self in healing the hernia naturally and don't be discourage and most importantly the mindsetting.. @@GrantMeTopics thanks.. just don't be dis courage just look up the bright side.. When my hernia is in the situation that has been really low and went in to my scrotum and it really hurts so much I was planning for surgery even if I'm against it but looking to your video with George also gives me hope and courage to heal my hernia at first when I eat to much and drink water it go down so quickly it feels to much pressure and I feel so discourage but my mind has been set for curing my hernia naturally no matter what and I believe in myself that I can heal it naturally then all of a sudden there has been some progress and it come to the point that it heal that I couldn't believe it to myself and now I eat the food that I love except for meat and sugary foods.. So if you able to determine to heal your hernia naturally just keep it rolling to a positive way and don't be discourage like I did and you will see some good results, hope it helps to encourage your self. Thanks for the encouragement. I think my recent lack of belief is why it got worse, but thankfully God has given me more faith lately that it can and will heal. My surgery has been delayed to an uncertain date in June now, so I think God is graciously granting me more time to change my mindset again and heal naturally. Thank you so much for your prayers and encouragement.

I can’t take credit for it, but I trust that it is God helping me out because over the course of a few days last week the hernia that was the size of a Walnut in my scrotum is no longer showing at all. I couldn’t keep it in with hernia belts or anything, but the day after I decided to believe again that it could heal, it started to get smaller. Then as the days went by it was gone completely. I can still feel an ache in the area, but the hernia is not evident.

Percy! The hernia is no longer evident! The day after I decided to believe again that it would heal it started to improve and now it doesn’t show at all! To God be the glory!
