Both Lance and George and with Sir Bradley a few days ,are retired riders who had huge experiences in cycling and they know very well what they are talking about, but Johan Bruynel is another level above them ,maybe is because he was a pro -rider and then a sports director of big teams, the fact is that normally he sees before everyone what's going to happen, and with the advertising that they have now on the move podcast, JB2 is much much better to listen!

Jonas Abrahanssen said recently in a interview that 3 and half years ago his weight was around 60 kg ,he wanted to be a climber and thought that he had to keep his weight low, due to the fact that he couldn't improve in climbing, he had enough of staying hungry all the time, he started to eat as he pleased and now he has around 78 kg ,and he said that he feels much better now, even if the long climbs are not is speciality, he is a very good rider for the middle mountains, breakaways, etc !! He said that the decision to start to eat normally was the game changer for his career, he's 26 or 27 years old now and some years to do what he likes the most, riding!

Thank you so much this great program! I just wanted to say that Daniel Teklehaimanot actually won the polka-dot jersey in 2015, he was the 1st African to win that stage. The Eritrea 🇪🇷 is beautiful 😍 country and the Eritrean people are very lovely, so you will be very happy if you visit Eritrea 🇪🇷. Eritrea 🇪🇷 has lot of perfossonal cyclists 🚴‍♂️ just like Bini, however, the world 🌎 never give them the opportunity to show their skills.
