Sir Bradley Wiggins nicely asked Froome to let him win the Tour 😉 I anticipaited a lot more from this three. At the end of stage 11 things were shifting they all agred now l dont even know what to say. Maybe thats the top Vinge can do. What if Pog wasnt on Giro would the difference now be half an hour? Just questioning? And Sir Bradley and George were you riding for free? You two would absolutely refuse the money offered to you for riding the race! And still you are offering and sponsoring the products here on Wedu for what couple of bucks! Overal Pogačar won races that none of you did beside of Tour. He was beaten and absolutely will be in future but stop this s... because you three are starting to be everything but professional! I wonder what Mercx things of you three as ex profi ciclysts?

bollox, all the data indicates pogcar is better than he was and the others can't keep up. Can't understand why these guys don't have a quick look at the established twitter sources for power numbers and derived estimations for those w/out published numbers. Jonas is around 100% of pre crash numbers.

Imagine if Pogacar had been doping like Pantani in 1998 - then he would probably have been another 3-4 minutes faster!!!

Hi Lance just a question. Would you let Jan Ulrich do all the pacing will you sitting on his wheel. I never saw you doing that. You always do the pacing when you in a break with somebody. You were never in that position. You do that when you are on your limit of survival. Please let me know what you think about it.

A large part of the fast speeds is nutrition. Riders are today being trained to quickly switch between fat burning and sugar burning. Before it was all about carbs and more carbs and riders hormones could not quickly switch to ketones and free fatty acids. That plus equipment plus aero studies.

I feel like there are a lot of people here who have never crashed with a bike.... No, it will take you a LONG time to recover from a crash that Jonas had in April (3 months ago!). Jonas had several broken ribs, a punctured lung. But oh yeah. Pogi's wrist injury was on the same level :-D :-D :-D Are you fckng kidding me?????? And in the first 1.5 weeks of the Tour of '23 this wrist injury was not there???? Okay..... We can all clearly see that Vingegaard is still recovering from his crash in April! Which means that he is (nowhere near) his 100%. Maybe 92-93%. Which basically means (although it is not an exact science) that Jonas could ride the mountains and the time trial let's say at least 5% faster. Let's make that a calculation. Shall we?! In the time trial, Vingo would have been 88 seconds faster than his real time. Which means that he would have been 50 seconds faster than Evenepoel. Let's say that he could have been 4% better on the Plateau de Beille. Then he would have been 105 seconds faster than his real time. Which means that he would have been 38 seconds faster than Pogi. Now, you don't have to believe me. BUT!!!! If you are saying that Vingo is in his best form and Pogi had issues last year with his wrist... Then you really have to deal with the fact that Vingo is (nowhere near) his 100%! It was not even clear if Vingo would do the Tour, one week before the Tour started.... (oh, and I myself had a terrible crash on January 26, where I was assisted by Ben Healy himself. I had a bruised hand, which lasted very long to recover. I had several big cuts and bruises eg on my legs and it took me a month or so to get even back on my bike. The big scar on my knee will probably remind me of that bad crash for the rest of my life. Yet, that crash was not so bad in comparison to Vingo's crash in April.....

Lets not forget that last year it was Pogi that was out injured and not having a good prep for the Tour. While not at the same seriousness as Jonas's injuries but any lack of prep has to be a hindrance.

Pogi was a beast earlier in the year in ways that he had never done before. Jonas wasn't tearing the world apart before his crash. Pogi's changes in training and on the bike made a big difference. 80km smashfest in Strade Bianchi and then dismantled MVdP in Liege with a 30km solo - when MVdP was on awesome form smashing everyone at Flanders and Roubaix.

💥FUCK YEA FELLAS😂!!! That was epic!! ALL 3 OF YOU ARE LEGENDS!!! Respect to you ALL but specifically Sir Bradley!! Myself being an Englishman, Sir Bradley and SKY have always been my favourite. He'll never remember me but I got lucky enough to be staying at the same hotel as team SKY in Avila Beach for Tour of California. Stage 5 was starting in Pismo Beach and he was nice enough to take a pic with me by the team bus in the hotel parking lot. I was wearing my Union Jack like a Superman cape and that pic is framed up on my wall in my man cave. I know Sir Bradley doesn't give a shit but I just wanna say thanks again!! 🤘🏻🇬🇧

I don’t agree with your take on Jonas being better at 100%. Last year Tadej was injured and the year before he didn’t have the team Jonas had. Tadej is a better rider Jonas is a product of a good team.

The doping comments make no sense lol. In the most competitive sport in the world, in an age of spying, cameras, no loyalty, and abundant information, one team and maybe even one guy has supposedly figured how how to dope in a way no one else can match or compete with? lol ok

It's funny Johan saying that an attack from 10k and 5k to go is too far, as I can remember Armstrong attacking multiple times during the years from far. Some examples: 1999 stage 9 - 8k to go 2000 stage 10 - Huatacam - 12k to go 2001 stage 10 l' Alpe d' Huez - 10k to go 2003 stage 15 - 9k to go

This is a better podcast than the other one. LA knows almost nothing about cycling. He brings very few insights to the table. He just waffles on about business and jizzies. George is fairly insightful and he makes that podcast. Wiggo's demeanor is a bit weird and off-putting. Whereas here, Johann knows how to win a bike race, by any means at all - any.

What?? C'mon guys, George and Bradley, you may be ex-great cyclists, but sometimes you talk real bullshit... Jonas said that it was his best race, that it was his best day in cycling. He told Danish journalists, when asked about the lungs, or the effects of the injury to make his lungs work even better...Whatever that means. But the two of you ignorantly say that a 100% prepared Jonas would beat a 100% prepared Tadej? What kind of statement is that anyway? Such an underestimation of the best rider of the modern era? Now I see that it's not always worth listening to some ex-pro cyclists, because sometimes you hear nonsense that you can't believe. It's a good thing you have Lance around, so that one can at least hear something smart. Otherwise, I'd rather listen, precisely because of these two knuckleheads here, Wedu with Johan Bruyneel.

Ahhhhhh.... The Vingegaard Fanboy convention takes place during this podcast. Yet again. Whyever it is that Armstrong follows Visma's narrative for the whole Tour already.
