To my boxing mind Inoue and Lomachenko are the two most sensational and skillful fighters of the last 10 or 15 years. It's interesting to compare their training routines...which are completely opposite of the other, but gets both fighters to where they want to be - dominance! Inoue's training routine is strictly fundamental and surprisingly low tech. He works on boxing and physical basics with excruciating repetition and attention to detail until precision and balance becomes instinctual, and stamina is removed as ever an issue no matter the circumstances. Then, in the ring, he can let his mind lead, knowing his body automatically will follow. Lomachenko, on the other hand, didn't get the moniker "hi tech" for nothing. His training routine and exercises are like something thought up by Buck Rogers. He uses novel ways to hone his mental acuity, mobility, balance, stamina and mental toughness. Both fighters have outstanding footwork. In fact, the first things each man's father trained them in as children taking up the sport was footwork, interestingly enough. Both are as complete and elite as any fighters in the sport today. Both have dominated their respective weight classes for years (though Loma seems to be slipping). And both fighters are masterful predators in the ring, with a plethora of tricks and traps to spring on their opponent. There opposite training regimens just go to show that there's more than one way to get to the top. But it all starts with god-given talent...and those two are among the most talented in the business.

@@KOtheG0D The man has fought 2 or 3 times in over 4 years...against who or what? Nothing. Yes Bud Crawford is invisible. But they leave him on top of the p4p for some reason, and remove Canelo, who takes risky fights and is always active.

@ltravail
@ltravail Жыл бұрын
@@KOtheG0D You're referring to Haney-Lomachenko, as well as Inoue-Fulton, I presume. You could very well be right, bro. That would definitely turn the modern-day boxing world upside down if both Fulton and Haney were able to defeat their respective opponents. A lot of boxing pundits, who've regarded foreign fighters like Loma and Inoue as among the most dominant p4p talents in boxing over the past 5 years or so, will have a lot of humble pie to eat if both those exemplary fighters go down in defeat to a black american fighter...and I'll be eating a big helping of humble pie myself if that happens (LOL). I can hear the crowd over at Dontae's Boxing Nation talking maximum smack about how they've been telling us that it's the foreign fighters who are the hype jobs and no match for the greatness and superiority of black american fighters...and I myself might change coats and join in with them if that happens (LOL)...especially if Fulton beats Inoue. Haney beating Lomachenko would not be the big deal it would have been 3 years ago, when Loma was still at his peak. He's been inactive for so long, and his mind is probably more focused on the Ukraine than his boxing career, that it's hard to know what, if anything, Lomachenko still has in the tank. But if Fulton beats Inoue, that'll definitely blow up the whole new school narrative. Believe me, bro...if that happens I definitely won't be mad about it...surprised maybe (especially by Fulton), but not mad. I'm only into giving credit when it is due. And beating Inoue would be a spectacular credit for Cool Boy.

Inoue's resisted sprint on the beach is actually quite optimal. The sand and his running style reduce the risk of ankle injuries while getting the most out of the exercise. The technique that you have shown risk ankle injuries.

I totally have to agree with training on a slippery surfaces. The tiled floor I train on barely provides any grip whatsoever. I have to use a pair of Nike Pegasus to make sure I don't lose my front teeth. But when you hit the canvas, the bounce backs are easier, footing is firm. I don't really slide my foot anymore, which is especially good considering how I am a comfortable edge of range kinda boxer, preferring the soviet styled in and out movement.

Inoue proves his training is the reason for his success, the quickness , speed, and power comes from. Shingo Inoue is the best trainer/coach in the world today no one in the world comes close. The Monster’s boxing style and conditioning is because of his father and Inoue says l listen to my father.

Inoue is my favorite current modern day boxer. He is so all around talented and even tho he is in the smaller weight class, he just has a gift of being able to transfer so much energy into his strikes, has diverse output shot selection, amazing balance, movement, torque. His fight I.Q. I think is the best in the sport right now. ~{sidenote: I would love to see Ryan Garcia upset and beat Tank Davis. I'm surprised tank finally took the fight, he has been putting it off for quite sometime now. Whatever the outcome, I'm just going to enjoy that match up.}

Agreed, but it's emphasized with hard training. Inoue has impeccable physique and conditioning. He has very strong legs as well. He has wide shoulders to gain leverage for torque, and the leg and arm/shoulder strength to create huge power. He's small, but he has great proportions, and supreme conditioning.

18:28 hey there I have a question regarding this topic. Is Bas Ruttens O2 trainer legit too? And can you make a vid how to properly breath (belly breathing compared to chest breathing...how to breath in the 1 minute boxing break etc) Also a topic I would really like to learn about is why the trainers are putting coolpacks on the neck and chest of the boxer in between rounds?

Fantastic questions that impact performance directly. Breathing Quickly science backed evidence based way to lower your heart rate is via a physiological such. Inhale via the nose twice the second Inhale a sharp one on top of the first longer one snd exhale via the mouth longer than the 2 inhales together and repeat. Regarding ice pack quickest ways to lose heat and utilise cooling to supercharge performance . Are theiugh the glabbeorus skin. Palms not viable in. Lying, eye lids best ay in boxing and soles of feet not viable in blxing The packa on the head and neck can actually cause vasoconstriction and hamper your recovery. These are short answers but facts . The mechanisms I can explain but that's the science . The portions are as above which you can use.
