that extra space under the stairs could be used as a wine cellar with temperature control. for me the best fitted place since from the 1st floor they can see the wines the alcohol on display from the top that entice them to go down and enjoy the man cave.

Guys, this is probably the best house you've showed so far in the channel. I like the planning of it a lot. There are some things that can be improved (like the small bathtub :D and the lack of outside grill) but overall it's great. Oh and I didn't see a laundry room. Is there one?

You made it again... Sotogrande! Well done... I love video editing if Patrik is doing all of that... I like a lot the way he does it... Well first of all just to tell you don't stop showing us Sotogrande villas please... that is the place... though... I have to tell you I fancy a villa inspired in a yatch in BENAHAVÍS, it was 29 million€ but now is reduced to 23.000.000 hehe if you could show us that one I think would be very interesting... at least for me.... there are many other properties in Benahavís very interesting to me... but I think this is the most interesting for the price the amount of house you buy... anyway... anything from ARK (disculpad que sea taaaan pesado) always is welcome... I seriously think they are the best. Thanks guys. Show most go on!

Just Stuff best of all, when you have dinner outside, the pool seems to float + it’s so elevated that you see the pool and the ocean, which makes it seem like you’re on a boat 😍

Strange choice of main door but I like those sliding door panoramas. I assume they are Schüco sliding doors. Shame we only have one producer of such an obvious product in Europe. We need competition. Schüco is needlessly expensive.

Because of too much constructions around (see at the beginning of the video the workers in action on the roof of a new house just behind and cranes on the left side).... Loss of privacy, maybe? Hey sorry for the late reply! Yes my bro and I will engage more with each other in future videos 🙌 and in regards to covid and lockdown, we’ve passed the worst a couple of months ago, but now Spain is becoming an alarming country as numbers are rising again :/

Very nice house. Nice finish. There was designer mind behind this. Nice art. But I dont get it some bedrooms where U have such a big house and some of them are very tiny. I mean, I hate the feeling which I guess most of the people in the world have in their flats, apartments etc, that it could be 1m wider here or there. And when I look at that expensive house I felt that in these few bedrooms. Don't get it why night table is squeezed next to bed the way it touches the courtains. Whatever, overall very nice house. I agree also with that "little patio" area under the stairs, that it could be some eco system.

@@TheMarobrothers Hi, oh well, there was better times. U guys made nice presentation. If I could afford house like this, wish to my guests feel comfortable and I guess I would have bedrooms, each with small launge area, sofa, chair, wee table. Don't understand architect in that point. Maybe my expectations are to high. Everything costs. But again, it's very nice, elegant, dream house anyway. Take care.

Really like the videos you guys make but some things are missing. One of the things I really hate is doing the dishes, so why don't you mention the kitchen has a dish washer? I can't imagine all those houses don't have a dish washer. Also in this house you mentioned a room which I could make my own (For example Golf Green etc.) but you don't show the room. Try to show the potential of spaces and room if not used. In the beginning of the video showing how many rooms, size etc next to the price would be nice as well.Keep up the good work & keep improving and keep the content coming. Respect!

Hi Tony 🙏🙏 thank for your feedback 👍 we usually out the details of the house on the videos description box. But we could totally include it in the Intro 👍 I try not to mention the obvious, all houses have dishwashers so I tend to not mention them. The empty room (potential golf green) is a completely empty room with nothing inside, so I thought no one would find it interesting to see 😋😅 anyhow, your feedback is much appreciated and I’ll make sure to implement your comments 💪
