I feel like with luka out the ball was distributed more, and more players had shot opportunities. Luka didn’t look himself today. And the ball was in either Kyrie or Lukas hands which it isn’t hard to defend 2 players. They need to pick which one they want to run the offense through. In my opinion it should be kyrie.

Disagree. Luka is not good off the ball. Kyrie isn’t that much better but he keeps the defense pinned to him more without the ball. Luka needs to run the offense and kyrie will do the rest. Also kyrie needs to take those last shots at the end of games.

Doncic is a way better playmaker, leader, and offensive player than Kyrie in general 😭😭😭. Wouldn’t be a good idea to let Kyrie run the offense and ruin the flow of the whole team.

Luka is going to have to learn to play off the catch and shoot or catch and 1-2 pull up. He’s use to playing PG and using the pick and rolls. Now he’s getting the ball with 6-7 seconds left on the shot clock. Looking forward to him adjusting

Both Luka and Irving ain't good at shot decisions. They're good at making difficult shots and miss happens. Still I agree that the Mavericks have to look for better two-man game for the duo during final moments. Infinite iso would be a waste for having two elite ball-handlers+shooters in the same team.

Even if he made it that would've given the Kings ample time for another shot. Why didn't they bring the clock down more and THEN run a play for Luka or Kyrie to hit a three?

Kyrie is a much better, more impressive, faster, smarter and more clutch player than Luka. He also distributes the ball more easily and quickly because he is not only playing for himself, but mainly for his teammates. The mavs are better and more effective when he has the initiative, this was also seen in the two previous games when Luka was missing.

Luka is a hack, he can score the ball and that's it, but never comes up clutch when the game is on the line and plays way too soft on defense. He always wants a foul call with just a tiny bit of contact when he has the ball on offense, hes too soft to lead that team to a championship, Kyrie is the only hope they have for that.
