INSANE Minced Pork Noodle Eating Record! | BEST Bak Chor Mee in Yishun!? | Singapore Street Food

Coming back with another Yishun video for you guys! For this video, i visit the famous 51 Noodle House to do a Bak Chor Mee (Minced Pork Noodle) Challenge!
I went with their Signature Noodle, which comes with 3 slices of char siew, 1 poached egg, generous amount of minced pork & pork liver and a good amount of noodle. I went with Mee Kia (Thin Egg Noodles) as my noodle of choice.
Again, this was super impromptu so I don't have my giant bowl with me, went with multiple bowls instead. Each bowl weights in at around 450 to 480 grams.

Hard to get such high praise from you. 😁 P/s: Good lens I reckon coz the slight bokeh effect quite good, lighting good, sharpness towards the end crisp clear. 2nd cam even sharper. Color tone well adjusted. (Camera should not be the focus sia. The operator and also production team know how to edit or not) 😜😝🤭🤭

@@ZermattNeo it's called one mouth noodles and it sells wanton and char Siew. The char siew literally melts in your mouth, and their noodle is handmade and it's really springy!!

Tried today, it’s not bad but definitely not the nicest in Yishun. Jia Jia fishball noodles at Yishun street 21, order his meepok with more chili. Their noodle texture and chili is so far the best in Yishun.

Neo may i suggest you making one playlist specially for singaporean food only? I was living and working in singapore in the past. I misses all the singaporean food so much. When i visited again few years ago i dont no where to find all of them anymore. Cause things was changes so much now. Food like chicken rice, honkian mie, laksa, fried kwetiaw, fried oyster, carrot cake etc. And i even eat my first and the best tom yam🤤 cooked by indian guys in lucky plaza. Donno where they moved to now🥲. Please please please! 😇🙏 go and eat and find the best of this food.

Hmmm.. I won't say this is the best BCM la. It really depends on whether you're eating there or dabao-ing. Try the chongpang one, cheap and lots of ingredients. You know if the food is good if they only operate half a day / few hours per day. It's my fav BCM in yishun. But you probably can't order so many bowls or else the people at the back of the queue will glare at u if no more stocks 😅

In Yishun, you should try the BCM in the coffee shop directly opposite Our Lady Star of the Sea. That should be the best BCM in Yishun. I believe it is called 豪香 or something similar.

Hey, u should do one on the King fried rice. They are in one of the hawker center right beside jurong east CPF building (there are 4 hawker centers there..) Eat the whole menu!!!
